Greetings, so here is the wedding! I wanted to take some time to thank everyone for the reading this story, for the the reviews and encouragement. I hope to keep writing as I am able and look forward to sharing more with you soon. :)

Chapter 55: The Wedding

Darcy was up early the next morning. He could hardly believe his wedding day was finally here. The ceremony was set for 11:00 am, and he couldn't wait. He headed downstairs to the dining room for some morning tea.

Georgiana was already having breakfast when he came in. "You are up early this morning," he commented as he walked over and sat down.

"Of course, I am," she told him as she hurriedly ate her eggs. "There is so much to do that I can scarcely believe how little time I have."

Darcy smiled, "Georgiana slow down so that you can taste your breakfast," he told her.

"William, I don't think you fully appreciate everything that I have to do to get ready," she told him as she gulped down her toast.

He laughed, "Georgie it is only 6:00, you have plenty of time to finish getting ready before we have to leave for Meryton."

Georgiana finished her tea and took the last two bites of her toast at once. "Oh William, you don't understand. I have a hundred things to do before we leave for the church. Then once we are there, I need to get my hair and makeup done and get into my dress. After that, I have to help Elizabeth and Jane get into their dresses. Then I have to walk down the aisle with Richard in front of all the guests hoping I don't trip or fall."

"Georgie, it will all be fine, I promise," he tried to tell her.

She didn't hear him. She just asked, "You did remind Tom that we will be leaving by 7:30 to get there on time, didn't you?"

Darcy nodded his head. "I did remind him," he told her just before she hurried out of the room. He sipped his tea and was about to open the paper when Richard came in.

"Was that Georgiana I saw rushing off just now?" he asked him.

"She's a nervous wreck, you would think she's the one getting married today," Darcy told him.

"I said hello to her when I came in, but I don't think she even noticed me. She just rushed past mumbling something about borrowed and blue," Richard told him as he sat down and fixed himself a plate of food.

"She's not the only one in a panic this morning. Charles has already texted me at least six times in the past hour with the reminder that I am to ask you. "Do you have the rings?" Darcy asked him.

Richard reached up and brushed his hand against his breast pocket. "I have both sets, yes."

"I had no doubts that you would," he told him as he pulled out his phone and sent a text to Charles. "Hopefully that will calm his nerves."

Richard laughed, "What about you, any last-minute nerves?"

Darcy shook his head, "Not a one," he told him. "I am cautiously optimistic."

Richard furrowed his brow, "Why 'cautiously' optimistic?" he asked in confusion. "I thought marrying Elizabeth was going to be the best day of your life."

Darcy smiled. "I said cautiously optimistic because while I still haven't heard from Aunt Catherine so far this morning; I have my doubts that she will really let this day pass without threatening, lecturing, or trying to manipulate me at least one more time before I marry Elizabeth."

"Don't worry Darcy all is quiet on that front," Richard told him. He took his phone out of his pocket and saw that Lady Catherine tried to call Darcy at least five times in the last two hours. Knowing his Aunt as he did, Richard managed the night before to set Darcy phone so that any calls from their aunt would be forwarded to his own phone instead.

Darcy took in a deep breath. "So that just leaves the other thorn in my side. What did Wickham have to say in the letter?"

Richard cleared his throat. "It was more of the same taunts as before," he told him. "Nothing to concern yourself about now." Richard purposely left off the part where Wickham said that he and Lydia planned to come for a prolonged visit in the spring once it was safe for the baby to fly on the plane with them. He knew it would only upset Darcy and worry Elizabeth knowing that her parents were going to be overrun by the likes of George Wickham.

Darcy breathed a sigh of relief. "Good, I am feeling even more optimistic than I was before," he told him as he finished his breakfast. "I will admit, while I'm not nervous for this day; I am excited, more excited than I ever have been. To finally be marrying Elizabeth and beginning our life together seems almost like a dream to me."

"Well, it's not a dream," Richard told him as he finished eating. "And if we both don't want Georgiana coming down and yelling at us we better finish getting ready to leave."

"Trust me, Richard, nothing could make me late for my wedding," he said as he got up and went upstairs to finish getting ready.

Mrs. Bennet came rushing into Elizabeth's room. "Oh Lizzy, just look at you!" she shrieked. "You will never be ready in time, and we have to leave for the church in less than an hour. How can you still be sitting there when you're about to marry the richest man ever," she cried out as she looked at her daughter, shook her head and went back out again calling for Jane.

Elizabeth laughed, and let out a small sigh. "Some things will never change," she told Kitty as she finished packing her things for the honeymoon.

"Is Darcy still keeping it a secret where the two of you are going on your honeymoon?" Kitty asked.

"Yes, I have no idea at all where we will be for the next two weeks," Elizabeth said. "So, I am packing some clothes for where ever I may find myself."

"Lizzy, you are so very lucky, Darcy is really a very nice guy. I will admit, I didn't like him very much when we first met," she confessed to her sister. "But since getting to know him, I can see the two of you are good together, and I think you will be very happy."

Elizabeth smiled, "Thank you, Kitty. And I want to thank you for all the hard work you did on my dress. It has turned out beautifully. It means so much to me that you designed it."

Kitty smiled, "Oh Lizzy I'm so glad you like it. I wanted to do a good job for you."

Elizabeth hugged her sister. "Kitty you did an amazing job with my dress, even Mum cried when she saw me in it during the final fitting. She may not have told you herself, but she was very impressed with what you were able to do."

"She did say she thought it was a very pretty dress even though she said it should have more lace," Kitty laughed.

"Well for Mum there can never be enough lace," Elizabeth laughed.

"Lizzy, can I ask you something," Kitty said changing the subject.

"Of course, ask me anything," she told her.

"Well I have a fashion party that I have been invited to attend, it's a pretty big honor to get asked to come. All the top fashion designers will be there," Kitty said. "Anyway the invitation said I can bring a date and I was thinking of asking Richard to come along with me. What do you think? Would you be very upset with me?"

Elizabeth stopped her packing and looked at her sister. "Are you thinking of asking him as a friend to escort you, or as a date...date?" she asked trying to understand.

Kitty took in a deep breath then sighed. "I suppose it would be a date, date since I can hardly include Georgiana. Lizzy, I know when we last talked you said I should take time and not worry about getting involved with anyone just now. I know that Richard is older than I am by eight years and that I shouldn't look to be dating anyone seriously but I do like him, and I think he would be a good escort for the party."

"Oh Kitty, I didn't mean to discourage you when we last talked. Richard is a very wonderful guy, but he's older, and you're still so young," she walked over and took her sister's hands into hers. "I just don't want to see you get hurt. Do you even know how Richard would feel about going on a date with you?

Kitty shrugged her shoulders. "No, I don't know, but I would like to find out," she told her.

Elizabeth bit her bottom lip. "Kitty I have no right to tell you not to pursue things with Richard, but I do caution you. You're so young, you're still attending university, and Richard is at a different place in his life. If you do go out with him, you will promise to take things slow, won't you?"

Kitty nodded her head. "I will Lizzy, I promise."

Elizbeth smiled, "Good then I don't think there is any harm in you asking him to go with you to the party."

Mr. Bennet adjusted his tie one last time just as Mrs. Bennet came into the room wringing her hands together. "Elizabeth is still not ready, and if we don't leave soon, she will miss her own wedding. I told Jane as soon as she's done packing to take Mary and go to the church and that we will follow with Kitty and Elizabeth. That way if Lizzy is late at least Jane will be there."

John smiled, "Fanny she will not miss her wedding," he assured her. "Now I want you to slow down, go and have a nice cup of tea and I promise you by the time you have finished everyone will be ready to leave for the church. There is no need to send Jane on ahead, let her finish her packing."

Mrs. Bennet nodded her head, and let out a very heavy sigh. "Yes, some tea would be very good for my nerves at the moment," she agreed as she walked back over to the door. She stopped for a moment and turned back to her husband, "Oh just think, in a few short hours our two lovely girls will be happily married. They will have someone to share their lives with, someone whom they can count on through thick and thin..." she said softly. "I really am very happy," she said before leaving the room.

Mr. Bennet was stunned into silence, for the first time in their marriage Fanny had said something that was so completely unlike herself that he was amazed. The sentiment she expressed was completely and perfectly unselfish and thoughtful. Deep down inside that silly little head of hers, there was a mother's heart, and she really did love her children. He took in a deep breath and smiled, "Perhaps, after all these years there is some very small sign that my dear Fanny is starting to grow up," he mumbled to himself.

Jane finished packing her things when Mary came into the room, "Jane I know you're busy and this isn't the best timing, but I wanted to talk to you."

"Sure thing, Mary," she told her as she glanced over at the clock. "We have a few minutes.

Mary took in a deep breath, "You know I have worked with Charles's accountant, Brandon, over the past few weeks."

Jane nodded her head, "Yes, Lizzy told me."

"You know that we have gone out to lunch and to dinner a few times," she reminded her.

Jane smiled, "Yes, I was aware that you had spent some time together."

"Well what I want to know is, how would I know..." she hesitated for a moment then said, "How would I be able to tell if..."

Jane could see whatever was on her sister's mind it was hard for her to talk about, "Mary, are you trying to decide if Brandon is just a friend or if there could be something more between you?"

Mary nodded her head, "Yes," she said. "Jane, I have spent a lot of time with him, and he always seems very friendly, he always seems very kind, very attentive to me..."

Jane took her sister's hand in hers, "Do you like him?"

"I do like him," she told her. "He's intelligent, he's very patient and listens to what I have to say. He's very handsome, and he makes me laugh," she admitted. "I never thought I could ever feel so relaxed around someone like him, but I do."

"Then I think you should talk to him about how you are feeling," Jane encouraged her.

Mary was unsure. "What if he doesn't feel the same about me? It's not as if I'm pretty and charming like Kitty. She's so much more at ease with people than I am."

"Mary, you are very pretty, besides I don't want to sound cliché, but beauty is not only on the outside of a person, but it's also what goes on inside that counts as well," she reminded her. "You asked for my advice, about how you can know if he likes you or not. Honestly the only way you will know is if you speak to him directly."

Mary took in a deep breath. "I will think about it," she said not feeling at all confident in the idea of speaking with him.

Caroline knocked on the study door, "Charles are you in here?" she called out to him.

"Yes Caroline," he said as he tried again to fix his tie.

She came inside. "Are you ready to go?" she asked. "Louisa is bringing the car around for us."

Charles shook his head in frustration, "I can't seem to get this blasted tie done right," he told her.

Caroline walked over and helped him with his tie. "Don't you remember what father use to say?" she asked him. "It's all in the way you tie the knot."

Charles nodded his head. "Yes I remember."

Once she was done with his tie, he stepped back from her and asked, "Well how do I look?"

"You look happy," Caroline told him as she let out a small sigh.

His eyes narrowed. "You sound as if you're sad?" he told her noticing how subdued she seemed.

Caroline shook her head, "No, I'm not sad. I'm very happy for you Charles. I really am," she commented, "I was just thinking about how much is changing, and I feel as if I'm getting left behind."

Charles knew what this was about, "Louisa told you that she's going to have a baby," he guessed.

"Yes, she told me last night," Caroline sighed. "Please don't misunderstand, I'm happy for her and for you, but I just feel like my life is at a standstill."

"Caroline, I don't want you to feel that way," he told her. "What can I do to help?"

She hesitated for a moment, "There is something I would like to do, but I would need help."

Charles walked over to her, "Caroline, just tell me what it is I can help you with. Seeing this change in you has shown me you really are serious about getting your life together. The way you've kept to your budget, and working at the remodeling business is encouraging. I think you've made a real turn around in your life."

"Thank you for noticing Charles," she said. "Do you remember I mentioned that business I would like to get started doing interior design. I thought if you could help me with £300,000 then I could finish my flat, pay it off and use it as a showcase for future clients to come and see my work. It could be a loan of sorts, and you could invest in my new company and my future."

Charles took in a deep breath, "I will speak with Brandon about it first thing when I get back."

"No!" she told him abruptly. Seeing the surprised look on his face, she smiled. "No don't do that," she said trying to sound calm. "Brandon and I have become rather close friends, and I wanted to surprise him with my plans. I was hoping to really get things going and show him that I have grown up too."

"Caroline, I will have to speak with him at some point. I can't just hand over that kind of money and not let him know I'm doing so. I'm sure he will need to know about which account to withdraw from."

"Yes of course," she said keeping her composure. "Just let me talk with him for you," she suggested. "I can speak with him while you are away on your honeymoon."

"Very well then," Charles told her. "Let Brandon know I will speak with him further when I get back."

"Thank you, Charles," Caroline said. "Do you think though that you could help me today with at least, twenty thousand? It's just that if I can finish my living room area, I will be able to begin to take on clients because I will have something to show them. I have a few opportunities coming up later this week, and I don't want to miss out."

Charles nodded his head, he walked over to his desk and wrote his sister out a check. "Of course," he told her. "Caroline, I really am very proud of you."

Caroline eagerly reached for the check as he handed it to her. "Thank you, Charles, you don't know how much this means to me and my fresh start in life," she told him as she quickly put the check away in her bag. "I was thinking about what you said before, about helping Jane with redecorating the house in Netherfield and London."

"Yes, I did mention that to her, and she said she would be grateful for the help," he told her.

"Well if you don't mind then," she began to say. "Perhaps I will stay at your home in London for a few days, just to get some ideas flowing, while I get the work done at my place."

Charles shrugged his shoulders. "I suppose that would be fine," he told her as he glanced down at his watch.

Caroline smiled and said, "Oh it is getting late. We should get going. I'm sure Louisa is waiting for us. She is probably wondering where we can be." She was relieved, things went even better than she could have imagined they would with Charles. It was nice to know she could still get what she wanted from him. All she had to do was change tactics a little. No longer would she be the demanding Caroline, instead she would be the sweet, needy Caroline. Her brother was so gullible to believe she would consider working for other people doing interior design. At least the twenty thousand she got from him would give her some spending money for the next few days and she wouldn't have to go back to that mess she was forced to live in now. Although, she would have to work on Brandon Wilson if she really wanted to make this work. She thought about how to best go about it, perhaps appealing to his ego would work. "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar," she thought to herself. She smiled as she got into the car, "It really is a beautiful day isn't it."

Elizabeth arrived at the church just before Georgiana did with Richard and Darcy. She stayed in the dressing rooms upstairs to be sure not to run into Will before the ceremony. While Darcy, Charles, and Richard got ready in the downstairs dressing area. It seemed as if the morning flew by in a flurry of activity. First, she got her hair done, then her makeup and before long Georgiana and Kitty were helping her into her dress, while Mary and Charlotte helped Jane. Finally, everyone was ready, and the clock struck eleven just as her father came to the door. Elizabeth looked up at her father as he walked over towards them. "You both look beautiful," he told them as his eyes shimmered with tears. He quickly blinked them away and held out one arm to Jane and then the other to Elizabeth.

"Thank you, Dad," Jane whispered softly trying to hold back her tears.

Elizabeth smiled, "Thank you," she told him as her eyes shimmered with tears. Mr. Bennet escorted them down the staircase and to the front of the sanctuary while the bride's maids took their places in the front of the procession. As the music began to play, Mr. Bennet leaned over and kissed Jane first then Elizabeth. With fresh tears in his eyes, he asked softly, "Are you both ready?"

Jane nodded her head, "Yes," she whispered softly.

Elizabeth looked into her father's eyes. She sniffled in and blinked away her own tears. "Already," she told him. As the music played, Richard escorted Georgiana down the aisle first with Kitty, Mary, and Charlotte following close behind. Both Charles and Darcy stood at the front of the church wearing traditional black tuxes while all the bridesmaids wore lovely, long, dark blue chiffon gowns with lace cap sleeves. Each one of the bridesmaids held a small bouquet of white rose buds, and deep purple lilacs tied up with white ribbon and pearls.

Charles looked as Mr. Bennet marched down the aisle with Jane on his arm. She was beautiful; she wore her hair done up with delicate little white roses and tiny pearls woven throughout with white ribbon. Her dress was vintage style, strapless, white lace, embroidered floral wedding gown that her mother wore at her own wedding. She carried a beautiful bouquet of full bloom, white roses, with tiny blue violets. Jane smiled as Charles took her hand from her father's. Tears formed in her eyes as she looked into his.

Darcy waited while Mr. Bennet made his way back down the aisle for Elizabeth. His heart skipped a beat when she appeared in the doorway on the arm of her father. Elizabeth's dress was white with a delicately beaded applique on the bodice, a semi-full skirt, and long sleeves made of lace. The dress fit her perfectly and accentuated her figure beautifully. She carried a beautiful bouquet of deep purple lilacs, white roses, and dark blue violets. She wore most of her hair up with just a few small ringlets hanging over the side of the diamond headband that Georgiana gave her. Darcy couldn't take his eyes off her as she came walking toward him.

Elizabeth glanced around the church; it looked just as she hoped it would. The decor was simple with two large flower groupings at each end of the aisle and two smaller baskets in front of the altar. The bouquets were made up of pale blue roses, and lush green English Ivy leaves, with a soft white silk ribbon tied around the edge. Large white candles stood on antique gold pedestals along the outside of the pews. The whole room felt warm and inviting as she looked down the aisle to see her future husband standing there waiting for her to join him. She looked into his eyes and smiled; she was perfectly happy in that moment.

Darcy wanted to remember this moment forever. Elizabeth looked so beautiful. He looked into her soft brown eyes and smiled as her father placed her arm on his. At that moment, he knew they would be together always.

Both couples faced the minister as he began to speak. They listened intently as he spoke of caring for one another and the true meaning of marriage being one of commitment and not to be taken lightly. After several prayers, the minister turned to Charles and Jane, do you, Charles Bingley, take Jane Bennet, to be your lawfully wedded wife, to care for her, to support her through all times, and to be faithful to only her, until death do you part?"

Charles nodded his head, "Yes, I do," he said eagerly.

Elizabeth watched as Jane repeated her vows with the minister. Tears formed in her eyes as she watched her most beloved sister's dearest wish come true. She took in a deep breath to hold back the tears as the minister turned to Will, and asked him to recite the vows. Elizabeth turned towards Will as the minister began, "Do you, Fitzwilliam Darcy, take Elizabeth Bennet, to be your lawfully wedded wife, to care for her, to be her support in times of good and bad, and to be faithful to only her, until death do you part?"

Darcy gazed into her eyes. He felt completely at ease when he spoke. "I will," he said.

Then the minister turned to Elizabeth and said, "Do you, Elizabeth Bennet, take this man, Fitzwilliam Darcy, to be your lawfully wedded husband, to care for him, to support him in both good times and bad, and to be faithful to only him, until death do you part?"

Elizabeth trembled for just a moment. "I do" she said overwhelmed with emotion. She could not believe she could ever be as happy as she was at this moment. Her own deepest wish was coming true, to marry the man that she loved, one whom she respected and could spend a lifetime with.

"Then as Fitzwilliam and Elizabeth, and Charles and Jane, have chosen to come together and be joined as one to the other in the state of holy matrimony, before friends, family, and God, I pronounce you husband and wife, and husband and wife," the Minister said for all to hear. "Gentlemen you may kiss your brides!" he encouraged them. Charles wasted no time as he pulled Jane close and captured her mouth with his.

Darcy reached up and held Elizabeth face in his hands looking into her eyes he whispered softly. "Love me?" A single tear rolled down her cheek as she whispered back, "For a lifetime and on." Darcy leaned down and kissed her.

The guests all stood and applauded as the minister announced. "Please join me in welcoming Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bingley, and Mr. and Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy into our community." At that moment, the guests applauded again as first Charles guided Jane down the aisle, followed by Darcy leading Elizabeth out of the church and into a waiting limousine.

Elizabeth felt like a princess in a fairy tale as the rest of the day unfolded. The reception was perfect in every way. Both she and Jane were happy to spend time surrounded by family and close friends. Elizabeth found herself tearing up several times throughout the day. First, when she had her traditional father-daughter dance, it was all she could do to keep her emotions in check. As the music played and her father began dancing with Jane, she kept thinking how much time had gone by. How not so very long ago they were both little girls just learning to dance as they stood on their father's feet and he moved them about the room teaching them to waltz.

When it was time for her to dance with her father, "Here for You," began to play and her eyes filled with tears. She knew this song well as she had danced it many times with her father when she was younger. As he took her hand in his and held her, she whispered, "Oh, how shall I manage without seeing you each day."

As they began to sway to the music he smiled, "Oh my dearest Lizzy, I shall always be here for you," he told her.

She laid her head on his shoulder and thought about all the times they shared. Her father was always her hero, her one constant in her life. No matter how many struggles she faced, he was always there for her. "Thank you, thank for today, thank you for everything," she told him as she leaned up and kissed his tear-stained cheek.

As the music ended, Mr. Bennet wiped his eyes and sniffled in, just a bit. He walked Elizabeth over to Darcy and for the second time that day he placed her hand in his, "Now I trust you know what a treasure my dear Lizzy is and that you will guard and care for her always," he said to Darcy.

Will was moved by the love he saw in his father-in-law's eyes. "I do know sir, and I shall cherish each day we have together," he told him.

Mr. Bennet looked over to Lizzy and smiled. "Oh go on now, go and dance with your husband," he whispered softly as the traditional bride and groom waltz began.

Darcy took Elizabeth in his arms and held her close as they danced to the music. He leaned down kissed her softly then whispered, "I love you, Mrs. Darcy."

She looked into his eyes and smiled, "I love you, Will," she said, purposely using the nickname she chose for him.

He smiled, "You know there was a time not so long ago that I feared I would never hear you call me any other name, but Mr. Darcy," he told her.

She arched her brow, "I'm pretty sure my days of calling you Mr. Darcy are over," she teased him, "Unless of course, a situation should come up that it warrants me addressing you as such."

He smiled, "I know well enough those occasions will arise from time to time in our marriage. I fully expect to hear you call me Mr. Darcy when they do..." he told her then added, "But promise me one more thing today. Promise that when all is said and done at the end of the day, you will always come back to calling me, Will."

She smiled and nodded her head, "I promise," she whispered. Darcy leaned down and kissed her again as the song came to an end, and everyone applauded the couples.

Later in the day, Elizabeth stood next to Will as the waiter brought over two glasses of Champagne for the toast. Mr. Bennet held up his glass and cleared his throat, "Today. I have the double honor and joy of seeing two of my daughters happily married as well as welcoming two very fine sons into our family. I don't think I would be exaggerating one bit if I said today was the happiest day of both my girl's lives. Sometimes a father can feel apprehensive on his little girl's wedding day; his mind wonders if she will truly be happy. If the men they chose could ever be worthy of them, but as I look into my Lizzy's eyes and then into Jane's, I see that I have nothing to worry about. Everything is as it should be," he said trying to keep his emotions under control. "To my beautiful girls and the men they have chosen to share their lives with, be happy, be blessed, and always know I'm here for you." Everyone cheered as they drank to the brides and grooms.

After the toast, Richard stood up, "And now if you will all join me in watching as my cousin, my friend, and their new brides cut the cake and serve it to one another," he said as a large beautifully decorated cake was wheeled out in front of where they stood. Elizabeth stared at it in disbelief, the detail in the flowers and ribbons were so exact that you couldn't tell that they weren't real. She watched as both Charles and Will each picked up a gold knife adorned with a beautiful silk white ribbon tied around it. She placed her hand over Will's, and together they cut out two small pieces of cake and placed them on a china plate. Elizabeth smiled at him mischievously, she arched her brow and lifted the cake in her hand and waited while Darcy picked up his piece. Darcy stared into Elizabeth's eyes and watched as she slowly raised her hand to feed him, then without warning, she smashed the cake into his face and began laughing as the crowd began to cheer and laugh. Immediately he followed her lead and smashed his piece into her face getting whip cream and icing all over her cheek and mouth. Mr. Bennet cheered, "That's my Lizzy."

Mrs. Bennet rushed to hand them both a napkin, "Oh Lizzy your pictures will not be as pretty if you have cake all over yourself," she scolded her daughter.

Elizabeth and Darcy looked at each other and broke out into laughter. Darcy took his napkin and helped clean her face, as Elizabeth did the same for him. "I love you so much," he whispered softly as he gave her a quick kiss. For the next hour, they danced, and laughed, and visited with friends and family until Charles took Darcy aside and mentioned the need to be leaving for the airport.

Darcy took Elizabeth hand in his as they said goodbye to their guests and made their way out to the waiting limousine. The guests cheered as they got in and drove off to begin their lives together. "So where are you taking me?"

"I can only tell you, for now, we are off to the airport," he told her.

"You still aren't going to tell me where we are going?"

"Just be patient a little while longer. It will be worth it, I promise," Darcy told her as he pulled her closer and kissed her.

As their kiss ended Elizabeth smiled, "I will be patient if you promise to keep me entertained," she teased him as she wrapped her arms around his neck and began running her fingers through his hair.

Darcy saw the playful look in her eyes, "And how exactly would you like me to keep you entertained."

Elizabeth pulled him closer, her lips just barely apart from his and whispered, "Well that kiss was a very good beginning," she teased him.

Darcy captured her lips again and pulled her closer. As their kiss deepened, her heart began beating faster. This time as their kiss ended she found herself feeling a bit shaky and breathless, "How long until we get where we are going?"

Darcy pulled away from her, his eyes filled with the desire he was struggling with, "Not soon enough," he told her, his voice heavy with emotion.

Elizabeth slid over next to him and whispered seductively, "Now I guess we both will just have to be patient," she teased him.

He looked down into her eyes and smiled, "You really are a temptress."

She laughed, "Oh my darling Will, you have no idea," she said as she reached up and kissed him again.

The Honeymoon

Elizabeth sat in the back seat of the limousine as the driver slowed the car to a stop. Darcy reached over and took her hand in his, "Ok we are here," he told her.

Elizabeth was so excited to see where he brought her for their honeymoon that she reached for the door, but Darcy stopped her. "Wait you have to wear this blindfold," he told her as he handed it to her.

"Again?" she said as she took it from him and slipped it on.

"This is the last time. I promise, it's all a part of the surprise," he told her. Darcy opened the door and carefully helped Elizabeth out of the car.

Elizabeth could feel the warm sunshine on her shoulders, and the gentle breeze as it blew across her skin. "Well we aren't anywhere that's cold."

He guided her a short distance from the car and up the drive. Then turned her and helped her take off the blindfold. "I hope you like it," he told her as he wrapped his arms around her and stood just behind her.

Elizabeth's eyes widened as she took in her surroundings. "Oh Will, it beautiful," she told him as she looked out at the large villa in front of her and the deep blue ocean just beyond in the distance. The sky was bright, brilliant blue, and the warm tropical breeze felt wonderful. There were palm trees and white sandy beaches just down from the house. "This place is amazing."

"Do you really like it?" he asked her.

"Yes, it's perfect," she assured him, as they walked up to the entryway of the house. The house was a beautiful beach style set in the middle of lush tropical flowers, and palm trees with sandy white beaches and the ocean as their backdrop.

As they got to the front door, Will lifted Elizabeth into his arms. "I believe it's customary to carry my new bride over the threshold," he told her as one of the servants opened the front door, and they went inside. Once inside the house, Darcy leaned down and kissed Elizabeth before putting her down.

She looked around; the house was beautifully decorated with a seaside, kind of modern tropical feel to it. "Oh Will, this place is wonderful, I love it.

"I hoped you would," Darcy said.

Elizabeth walked over and looked out the window at the incredible view. "Where exactly are we?"

He smiled as he walked over to the bar and poured them both a drink. "We are on our own secluded island for the next fifteen days."

"You rented an entire island for us to spend our honeymoon on?" she asked in disbelief.

"Yes," he told her as he took her hand in his and pulled her along behind him. "There are only a handful of people on the island with us. The staff is here to make sure our stay is perfect," he told her as they walked out onto the veranda. "There is a swimming pool, a sauna, we can go surfing, sailing, we have direct access to the beach, and of course the best part is it's just the two of us here," he told her as they walked back inside. "I hope you don't mind, but I wanted it to be just the two of us, no family, no work, no press..."

She arched her brow, and smiled as she wrapped her arms around him and whispered into his ear, "No interruptions..." she said as she began spreading tiny kisses down his neck.

Darcy wrapped her in his arms for another long passionate kiss. As their kiss ended, Elizabeth pulled back from him and smiled. She took his hand in hers and began walking toward the stairs, "I have something I want to show you," she teased him as they headed in the direction of the bedroom.

Several hours later as Darcy lay in bed with Elizabeth curled up next to his side, he knew there was nothing at all common about her. As the first rays of sunlight came through the terrace doors, he looked down and saw Elizabeth still sound asleep. He gently lifted a stray curl and began to play with it as he thought about how perfect their first night as a married couple had been. Being with her, sharing such intimacy and passion was beyond what he could have ever dreamed or imagined. He rolled over and pulled her closer leaving a trail of tender kisses down across her neck and onto her shoulder. Elizabeth smiled as she came fully awake, "Good morning Will," she whispered sleepily.

Will turned her toward him and captured her mouth with his. "Good morning," he whispered back as he continued covering the corners of her mouth and neck with gentle little kisses.

"Is this how you plan to wake me up each morning?" Elizabeth teased him.

Darcy looked into her eyes. "I think so, yes," he whispered softly, his voice heavy with emotion.

Elizabeth wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. "Promise..." she asked just before she pulled him down closer to her to capture his mouth with hers.

As their kiss ended, he whispered softly, "I love you my dearest darling Lizzy."

As the sun slowly made its way up, the cool morning breeze filled the room and sound of the ocean waves rolling into shore, the beauty that was their own little island getaway set the backdrop for a most romantic day for our dearest Lizzy and her wonderful Mr. Darcy.

And that's How Darcy met Elizabeth.
