Once a year, Mr. Schnee holds a party, a get together if you will, for the investors of his company, high ranking officials of his own company, as well as other powerful business figures , mostly ones they he was trying to impress.

Weiss knew well of these parties, having been to multiple in her life. After she turned 12, her father made her attend the parties, along with his wife and Weiss' other sister. All the proper etiquette she learned throughout her life was finally put to use. Though she was mostly used as a decoration of sort. Her father told her she was to be seen not heard and to not speak until spoken to. She and the rest of her family were really just for show, to show the guests that Mr. Schnee had a perfect family.

Weiss didn't particularly enjoy these parties, not doing anything for 5 hours is kind of boring.

Weiss was glad that she didn't have to attend these parties anymore.

...So she thought. But she got an email from her father, asking her to attend the annual party. Weiss thought about long and hard and decided to do it. She wanted to keep up the Schnee legacy. She also wanted to somewhat, show off her status as a huntress-in-training, she figured that's what her father wanted as well.

But the second part of the email was what was worrying her; she had to bring along a fellow hunter in training.

She knew her father wanted her to bring a powerful, strong, probably male, hunter.

She started thinking about who to bring. She didn't know too many guys at Beacon.

She thought of Jaune, but then she started laughing off the thought, she then thought

Okay no. Get Serious Weiss.

She thought of Cardin but then dismissed the thought, since Cardin was too much of a meathead. She would end up killing Cardin when the night was done. Plus Cardin was with Velvet and she couldn't disrespect her like that.

The last choice was Ren, but dismissed this as well since Nora would probably break her legs if Weiss tried to take Ren from her.

So there was 5 more candidates left, but they were female. She was sure her father wouldn't mind, as long as they were strong. Blake was a no, being a Faunus and all that. Ruby was the leader but she didn't think her father would like it if he found out a girl, younger than Weiss, was in charge of her.

Nora was too crazy. Pyrrha was a great fighter, and was famous. But then there was Yang. Her girlfriend, strong and powerful.

She had a tough choice. Her brain was telling her Pyrrha but her heart was telling her Yang. She didn't want Yang to think that Weiss had abandoned her.

She finally made a decision, one that she hoped wouldn't blow up in her face.

She chose Yang. Yang was strong, and also very beautiful, though this was just for Weiss. But she was sure that her father wouldn't approve of her dating a girl so when she told Yang of the dinner party she told Yang that they couldn't act like girlfriends for the night.

Yang was, of course, disappointed but she was going to meet Weiss' parents for the first time ever, and she didn't want to embarrass Weiss or get her in trouble so she agreed.

Weiss taught Yang some proper etiquette for dinner, such as not putting her elbows up on the table, or talking with her mouth full, or picking her nose or burping.

Finally the day of the dinner party arrived. Weiss was going back to the dorm, it was time to get ready. Blake and Ruby were out doing stuff (who knows what kind of stuff), so Yang and Weiss had the dorm to themselves. They got dressed in the best dresses they had. Yang wore a nice, knee-length purple dress and Weiss, a fancy white dress, that had the Schnee logo on it. They prettied themselves up and headed out to Weiss' family home.

The pair finally arrived at the mansion. Yang was amazed at the size of the Schnee Mansion.

"Wow...this is were you lived, your whole life?" Yang asked Weiss, wonderment on her face.

"Yes." Weiss answered. "Come on let's get inside." Weiss told Yang. The two then entered the courtyard of the mansion and walked up to the door. Standing outside the door was a guard.

"Ah Miss Schnee, you've finally arrived. And this is your guest? Very well, go on inside, your father is waiting for you." The guard said. Weiss nodded and the pair entered the mansion.

Immediately upon entering the Schnee household, Weiss found her father.

"Hello Daughter." Mr Schnee said to Weiss. "Hello father." Weiss said with a small smile.

Yang never would have thought Weiss' father would look the way he did. He was huge, tall and muscular. He had white hair as well.

"This is my friend and teammate, Yang Xiao Long." Weiss introduced Yang.

Mr. Schnee looked at Yang and then extended his hand. Yang stepped forward and shook his hand.

"A strong grip. A pleasure to meet you Miss Long. Nice to know that my daughter has strong friends." Mr. Schnee smiled at Yang and Yang smiled back at him. "It's a pleasure to meet such a strong and powerful man." Yang responded. This compliment did flatter Mr. Schnee.

"Where is mother?" Weiss asked. "She is in the kitchen with the cooks, making sure the food is ready." Weiss' father answered.

"What about Winter?" Weiss inquired.

"Unfortunately she could not make it. Excuse me Weiss, I need to go and greet the other guests." Mr. Schnee then left the two.

Yang and Weiss then carried on.

"Hey Weiss, who is Winter?" Yang asked. "She's my sister." Weiss responded. Yang looked shocked at this revelation. She never had mentioned her sister. "Last I heard she was studying abroad, so that's probably why she couldn't come." Weiss finished.

"Where did your sister go to study?" Yang inquired. "Over at Atlas. Come on let's go to the kitchen, I want to meet my mother." Weiss said, quickly ending the subject of Weiss' sister. Yang noted that Weiss didn't want to talk about her sister.

Weiss and Yang went to the kitchen and found Weiss' mother.

Weiss' mother was talking to one of the cooks, giving orders and such. Weiss' mother looked like Weiss a lot, only of course, older. She had the same white hair and she too was wearing a dress but her hair was down and brushed.

Weiss' mother dismissed the cook and then turned around, she then froze when she saw Weiss. She then grew a smile and walked towards Weiss and hugged her. Weiss hugged her back, she too was smiling.

"Hello mother, how have you been?" Weiss asked her mother. "I've been doing fine dear. How have you been doing." She asked back. "Surviving." Weiss answered.

"This is my friend and teammate Yang Xiao Long" Mrs. Schnee turned to look at Yang and smiled at her.

"Oh my you look very...big. Uh nice to meet you Yang." Mrs. Schnee said to Yang, smiling. Yang smiled and said "nice to meet you Mrs. Schnee."

"Um...I have to go supervise the kitchen so I'll catch up with you later Weiss and we can talk." The mother and daughter than gave parting smiles.

"She's very nice." Yang said. "I can see which parent you didn't get your personality from..." Yang commented. Weiss shot a glare and then the two left the kitchen.

Upon arriving at the main room where the party was to be, the pair saw that were more guests now.

The party was now going to begin.

Mr. and Mrs. Schnee showed up and the Mr. grabbed a glass of champagne. With a fork he tapped the glass and all the conversations stopped and all the guests looked at the married couple. Mr. Schnee cleared his throat and proceeded to speak. "I want to just take a moment and say thank you to all of you for attending my little get-together. So enjoy yourselves!"

Everyone clapped and the party began.

For some time Yang looked at all the party guests. She could tell they where all rich, pompous, snooty is a bit of a better term, and some of them where very eccentric.

Weiss had been talking to her mother but her mother had been called away and so Weiss and Yang where just standing around.

But then two old gentlemen came up to them. One was short and the other was tall.

"You two are huntresses right?" The shorter one said. "Training to be, yes." Weiss answered.

"So I assume you've heard of the White Fang and their uh...trouble-making right? Oh that Roman Torchwick is still on the loose correct?" The taller one said.

"Yes, to both questions." Yang answered. "So what do you plan to do with those criminals?" The shorter one said.

"What we're going to do is; hunt them down and kick their asses!" Yang answered enthusiastically. Weiss paled a bit when she used course language but to her surprise, the two gentlemen heartily laughed.

"Ho-ho well we wish you girls luck." The taller one said, the two gentlemen walked away.

But soon afterwards a couple of ladies came up to the two and asked them, "So you two are actually training to be huntresses?" They both said yes.

"So what's it like, at the hunter school?" One of the ladies asked.

"Um it's alright, lots of fun, the classes are boring so since you'll probably end up sleeping, you'll miss a lot. But no, it's fun, lots of down time though." Yang answered. "That's because you don't study, which is what that time is for and that is why you keep failing tests!" Weiss said to Yang.

"But no it's fine, it's a great place, lots of fun and stuff." Weiss said to the ladies. The ladies thanked them for the answers and went away. Then more people came up to the pair to talk with them.

Yang, much to Weiss' surprise and dismay as well, had became a hit at the party. She was entertaining a lot of the guests. In fact she was currently telling a story which the whole room was captivated by.

Yang was sitting at a chair and was saying, "So there I was, in the Emerald Forest, I had no idea where my team was, it was turning dark, there was uh..." Yang exhaled and then continued, "...uh at least 70, no 60 Beowolves and at least 40 Ursa. I was very low on ammo and..." Yang took a dramatic pause and continued, "it was Enchilada night, and I was really hungry." The people chuckled a bit.

"So I rushed the Grimm and was taking out as many as I could, then I shot off and arm of a wolf I think and I grabbed, since I was out of ammo, and with that arm, which luckily didn't disappear for some reason, I beat all the monsters to death. Than I found my way home and ate like 10 Enchiladas." The people were very impressed with Yang and her story.

"Did that actually happen?" Weiss asked Yang. "Yep, you should have been there, God hearing the bone masks crack, amazing." Yang answered, with a very big smile on her face

For the rest of the night, Yang entertained the guests. There was one time when Yang chugged a whole 2 liter of Soda and after words let out a massive burp, which embarrassed Weiss but everyone else laughed. Then then the party ended. The guests all left, Weiss said goodbye to her parents, and the pair left the mansion.

As soon as the pair left the courtyard, Weiss turned around and hugged Yang.

"Thank you so much Yang, the night turned out better than I ever would have thought." Weiss said, gratefully.

"Anything for you sweetie." Yang said, smiling and the pair then kissed. But then a throat was heard clearing. Weiss recognized that sound. It was her dad. She should have waited longer to kiss Yang.

Weiss suddenly remembered that one nightmare she had where Ruby and her were lovers, but her dad found out and they had kidnapped and beaten Ruby to a pulp. But now it was going to happen to Yang.

She was frozen but she forced herself to turn around and face her father. Her entire body was trembling with fear, she was trying her best to stop shaking.

"Father I-" Weiss started but she couldn't find more words.

"It seems that you two aren't just teammates but are also in a relationship." Weiss' Father said.

It's over... Weiss grimly thought.

"Well, throughout the night your friend has proven to me she is a strong, talented and capable woman. So you two have my approval." Weiss' father said.

Weiss was just staring at her father, dumbfounded, she then slapped her face to make sure she wasn't dreaming.

"You...You're actually okay with our relationship...?" Weiss asked, in disbelief.

"Yes I am. I hope to see you two over the holidays." Weiss' father then left the two. Weiss still couldn't believe what just happened. She then turned around to face Yang, who had a big grin on her face.

"Well, looks like we won't have to hide our relationship anymore. " Yang said. "Yeah..." Was all Weiss could say. The pair then kissed again and headed home. The night turned out way better than Weiss had ever thought possible.

A/N: Really Really Sorry about the long hiatus. I've been working on this chapter for a month, the quality sure doesn't reflect it though. Laziness is a deadly disease. But now i'm back. I wanted to add another part to this chapter that i got the idea from GTA, but in words it didn't seem so funny. I didn't want to offend anybody and so i left it out, GTA did a better job with than i would've. Thanks for reading, and i really hope you liked it, don't worry more coming soon!
