Detective Olivia Benson's life changes hopefully for the better. However, she knows that there is going to be some obstacles here and there, but with the help of a love one, she will overcome them. This is an A/O fanfic; I do not mean to offend anyone. Therefore, if you do not like, then do not read.

A/N: Hey sorry for the delay in updating. I kind of had a relapse in my depression and self-harm. I have been trying to deal with it. Also when I get sick, I get sick. I was in the hospital on Easter Sunday, with heart problems. I am still having the problems and we do not know what the cause of it is yet. Again I apologize for making you guys wait.

The next couple of days Olivia return to work, although she was not clear from desk duty, she did not mind. She was just happy to be working again; she wanted to spend much time at work so she could save up for time off for when the babies came in three months.

She was sitting at her desk, filling out her and the boys DD5s. "So Olivia, since you are going to become a Cabot probably soon enough are you changing your last name to Cragen when you mom marries the Cap" Munch asked her.

"No, I'm staying a Benson, even after me and Alex get married. She is taking my name although we are probably going to combine it somehow. We just have not figured it out yet. So, how did you find out about my mom and the Captain getting married?" Olivia asked.

"Your mom sent us an invitation to the event. Are you responsible for throwing the bachelorette party? Who got the duty of throwing the Captain his?" Munch says.

"I will handle that responsibility," Elliot says. "Knowing you and Fin, the Captain here will be back in AA."

"Hey it could be their honeymoon," Munch says.

"HEY" Olivia says to him. "That's my mom. My mom and the Captain are doing good in their recovery. I do not want a setback on either part."

"I always wonder what the child was like when the parents get married to someone else." Munch says. "So Olivia, you or Alex got any other family members you can pimp out to Fin and myself? This way we can really make it a family affair."

"No, I have two male cousins and one female cousin. The female is already in a longtime relationship. Besides they live up in Main." Olivia says to them.

"So that is where the great Detective Benson is from, Main." Fin says to her.

"Nah, I was born and raised here in New York. My mom came down here for schooling and never left. I do however have family up there still." Olivia says to them.

"They are coming down for the wedding?" Elliot asked her.

"Yeah, my one cousin is on leave from the army. He and his wife are staying with Alex and I for the wedding." Olivia says to them. "We were close growing up. He claims that I stole his career. He is a cop up in Main. After 9/11 he enlisted in the army."

Later on during the week, Olivia, Alex, Serena were sitting in Olivia's and Alex's living room. "So what do you want to do for your bachelorette party?" Olivia asked her mother.

"Liv, I am nearly 60 years old, and a recovering alcoholic. Do you really think I should be partying?" Serena says to her.

"We don't have to go partying, we can make a day out of it, you know go shopping, do the spa thing?" Olivia says to her.

"That sounds nice, I will treat." Alex says to them.

"No you won't." Serena says to them.

"We both will pay for it. Come on mom, it's not every day your mom gets married." Olivia said to her mother with a smirk on her face. "Just think about it, mom a day relaxing, getting a message, or a facial or even both.

"You know I never peg you for the spa type?" Alex says to Olivia

"Are you kidding me, when she was little she would always beg me to take her for a manicure and pedicure? She was always reading the latest fashion magazine that was out." Serena says.

Olivia smiled at her, in reality she was begging because it gave her a chance to spend time with her mother. "I would do it now if I had the money and the time, I still look at some of the magazines, and you see me doing that." Olivia says. "Please mom, think about the spa. This is something both Alex and I want to give you."

"Okay if I want to do this, I want to do with Alex's mom as well. Make it a family thing." Serena says to the girls.

"Serena, you don't have to do that. This is your day." Alex says to her future mother-in-law.

"No, I want to do it this way, soon enough we are all going to be a family, either it is from those two being born, or your marriage. Therefore, it is about time we get to know one another, so you are going to invite Elizabeth along as well." Serena says.

Because of Alex's hormones are going crazy she started to tear up, "Thank you, it means a lot." Alex says and pulls her in for a hug. Serena looked to Olivia for an answer to what did she do, Olivia just smirked and shrugged her shoulders.

Later on in the weeks, the girls had their spa day, Alex and Olivia had even invited Casey along as well. Both Serena and Elizabeth insisted on bringing her, the remembered that how it was being pregnant and after the baby is born. This would most likely be the last time Casey could splurge on herself for a while. The older woman have gotten along quite well. They soon became fast friends, and were already started preparing for the baby showers together.

The five women were now getting massages. Alex was enjoying the feeling of her muscles relaxing away. So she was lightly moaning because of the release of tension. Olivia was looking at her and the masseuse.

"Getting aroused there detective, at the sound she is making?" Casey says to her.

"Oh. My. God, Casey" Olivia says to her. She could not believe that Casey had just said that in front of the masseuse. "No I am not getting aroused; I was watching what she was doing so I could perform it at home, if she needed it at home."

"Yeah sure, keep telling yourself that Detective." Casey says to her.

"Your incorrigible, Case" Olivia says to the counselor.

"No, I'm insatiable" Casey says to the detective.

"It's nice to know that my brother can't satisfy you." Alex says to her hearing that end of the conversation. Olivia started cracking up at the comment; in fact, the entire room started cranking up at the remark.
