Percy

Once Nyx left, my instinct shot up. Specifically, my natural human instinct of self-preservation skyrocketed as I looked at the two goddesses crossing their arms and looking at me.

"We're waiting to hear those terms, Mr. Jackson." Artemis barked.

"Actually it's just for Artemis," I mentioned, hoping Diana would-

"No, because it also affects me. The curse is for me and Artemis." Diana answered my thoughts.

"I just hoped that Artemis doesn't always have the shoot-first-talk-later mentality-"

"But Diana was also aiming at you! Why me?" Artemis shouted at me. It didn't come at me like anger, but more of undignified.

"She did, sort of. But you're the threatened me, and I've been with you longer. You never really trusted me." I looked down sadly. It would be nice if just now the two of them had defended me instead of turning to me.

"To be honest, you haven't been doing a good job at earning my trust. Tartarus, then with Diana." Artemis muttered under her breath, trying to hide her own sadness. I went up and hugged her. I know those were my fault, and that each of them I put her through more pain than before.

"I'm sorry." Diana hugged me. I guess she answered for Artemis too but Artemis keeping awfully quiet. Then…

"Now that you're done." Artemis wiggled out of my arms. "I have my own terms as well." She added.

"I'm listening." I wasn't. My mind was just how much I like her. Even after so long, I still get that warm lovely feeling every time I see her. I just want to hug her and kiss her and just… hug her.

"ARE YOU LISTENING?!" Artemis shook me violently, garnering my attention.

"No, not really," I answered blindly, almost regretting immediately and that I should have said yes.

"Let's just go back to bed, I'm tired." Artemis groaned. "I'll deal with you tomorrow." She grumbled while I was beaming from side to side as this means I'm forgiven.

Artemis

I hate waking up. I used to be able to get up before the sunrise easily, now I took at least a good 5 minutes to snuggle and peel myself off the sleeping pig. I wanted to wake him up, but he seems to be sleeping so soundly. I threw him my bolster, and I looked at him snuggling up to it and smiling. I wonder if I do that myself at night.

"Come on, we got something we have to deal with first." Diana placed a hand on my shoulder as we went out. We went out, together, to the dining hall.

"At ease girls." I waved them off as they stopped eating and sat up straight. "We have… something to tell you."

"Hey, wake up!" The shouting would've been sufficient, but she just had to hit me with a bow.

"ARTE Zoe?" I looked at her perplexed, then I remembered the stupid curse Zeus placed on us. I'm surprised Artemis let me sleep in-

"Hey!" I grabbed onto the bow swinging in my direction. "What did I even do to you to receive such treatment?"

"Nothing, but I believe it's a more effective way of waking you up," Zoe smirked at me.

"Just watch out, I'll get back to you." I challenged back.

"Whatever. Lady Artemis and Diana require your presence at the dining table now." She waved me off. I swear I'm going get back at her, just wait. I quickly changed out and rushed to the dining hall, where for some reason everyone is there… and looking at me as I quietly took my seat. Hopefully, the stockpile of food I gave them ran out and they're just waiting for me serve them breakfast-

"How could you Percy…" One of the younger hunters spoke up.

"I don't-

"We trusted you, even Lady Artemis and Diana." Okay, now I'm really lost.

"I did nothing-"

"Then why did we hear that you broke Lady Artemis and Diana's oath!"

"You ruined the whole Hunt!"

"Let me explain-"

"Did you break their oaths?" One of the hunters just yelled at me. "Yes or no?" She raged.

"…I did but-"

"That's all we need to know. Now leave us and get back to your chores boy!" She spat at the last part. Artemis and Diana both showed no emotion… I guess the Hunt is more important to them. I took my leave. The only reason why I haven't been thrown out is that I'm sent here by Zeus. By the time I reached the rivers my shirt was already slightly tainted by my tears. They meant everything to me. They are everything to me… but not the other way around. I could've told them it was their mistress who initiated it… Ah, what's the point? I'm never trusting love-

"Percy!" I was tackled down by someone from behind and to my surprise, it was one of the Hunters. More of them came crashing onto me, mostly the younger ones. The older ones stood there and smiled at me.

"I don't understand-"

"Of course you don't, your plankton brain doesn't even work." I heard Artemis's voice from amidst the crowd.

"You stupid moron. If you think it through for a minute, you would've seen so many flaws in that scheme." Diana added. Okay, now I'm real-

"It's all a trick to test you and you passed okay?" Artemis yelled at me.

"What test?" I asked back. I'm seriously so lost now. Artemis yelled out in rage and glared at me, while the rest of the hunters were just giggling and snickering at the side.

"It means it was just a test to see how much you love us, as a proof to the hunters that you really love us." Artemis calmed down and said exasperatedly.

"So… what did I do?" I squealed out, taking one step back closer to the river where I feel safer. Artemis's face looked as if I can roast marshmallows on.

"Okay, we'll start from the top. This morning…

Flashback…

Artemis

"Girls… there's something that I… or we should've told you way before." I stood in front of the hunters with Diana beside me. It's our part to tell them, not Perseus. We're the ones who swore a virgin oath and led a group of virgin hunters.

"I thought only Lady Artemis was in love with Percy." One of the younger hunters blurted out, which caught me and Diana by surprise.

Did they know? I looked towards Diana.

I don't know. Did you two make it super obvious to them? I know I didn't.She shrugged back.

"You all knew about me and Perseus?" I asked out.

"Lady Artemis," Thalia pulled me aside. "Everyone knows about you and Percy." She whispered into my ear before going back.

"H-how did you all know?" I asked timidly. I'm surprised nobody flared up and cause a scene about it. How can I ask you to swear off guys when I'm off… sleeping with one?

"Why would our mistress do our laundry for us?" One of the hunters hinted.

"I may have said something that made me Perseus's slave for a week and he wanted me to help him with the chores." I looked away. I can't take this anymore. Why did I agree with Diana that this was our responsibility?

Because Percy doesn't lead a group of maiden hunters or swore a maiden oath. Diana answered, snickering beside me.

"Then why were you still sticking around him 24/7 after the week?" Another hunter smirked at me. I hate this, this is all Perseus's fault.

"I… I was there to make sure he doesn't get into any more trouble. I have to answer to Zeus." I finally lifted my head proudly. That should be a good excuse-

"So much so as to getting him to sleep in your tent?" She asked back. Great, just great.

"Was it that obvious?" I sighed, and everyone nodded their head.

"And none of you are angry about it? My eyes widened when I heard zero comments on it.

"We really like Percy, and we know that he would want to be a father some day and it would eventually happen. Most of us come here by our own will, and we can see Percy really really love you. You always yell at him and beat him up, but he still comes back to you, to the point we thought that he was your new pet. Lady Diana was a surprise… but it's your relationship." The hunters spoke up, each adding their own point to the discussion. Some even wanted a chance at love now that they know guys like Perseus exist.

"I'll make amendments to the oath all of you swore. But before that, I need to know… Do you still want me to be your mistress?" After going through so much, I know one thing for sure. It's Perseus first. I love the Hunt, but I realized that I love Perseus more. I- My questions were answered when all the hunters came over to hug me and Diana.

"You'll always be our mistress." The hunters smiled. I never pictured it to go so well. I expected rage, betrayal, and anger, but I guess Perseus really does have a way of worming into people's heart. He's an idiot, but he's an innocent, naïve idiot.

"Alright girls, I need you all to help me with something." An evil plan just came to my mind.

Flashback ends…

Percy

"Perseus what are you doing in the river? Artemis glared at me.

"Insurance." I smiled sheepishly at her, and she shook her head and sighed.

"You don't come out on the count of 3 you can sleep there tonight." She raised her hand and I immediately jumped out of the water.

"Wait, I'm still not happy. You lied to me. You played with my emotions." It was my turn to be angry.

"It was the only way to proof to the hunters that you really love me." Artemis countered back. "Are you not happy that the hunters accept you? Why are you still angry at me?" She shouted at me.

"I just thought that there would be a better way to proof it to them without hurting me…" I looked away sadly. It really hurts when I thought she chose the Hunt over me. I heard the hunters mumbling, but Artemis still kept her silence for a moment before-

"FINE! What do you want Perseus Jackson?" She spat on my name angrily.

"I want to go on a date with you in the mortal world." I immediately lit up with joy, but apparently, it made Artemis angrier.

"Were you hustling me?" She raged at me, and instinctively I went up to her wanting to her, only leap back when a lightning struck where I stood when I got too close.

"Percy!" Artemis ran up to me, only to get pulled back by Diana just in time as the sky rumbled.

"I think they're cute." One of the hunters spoke up from the crowd, and everyone burst out laughing.

"Whoever said that, you're on chore duties with Perseus today. The rest of you off to training. Perseus." Artemis looked straight at me. "I'll be gone for a while, don't. .trouble!" She warned before walking off with Diana

Artemis

"You sure you don't want to bring Percy along? He's the only-"

"No, my decision is final. He's staying in the hunt doing exactly what Zeus told him to from the very beginning." I stood my ground. Perseus doesn't need to know. "Now let's go find Apollo." Diana sighed as she went back into my head.

It was never a choice. I told her softly in my head and flashed myself away.

Linebreak…

"Apollo, we need to talk." I stood in front of my idiot brother who's conveniently watching the tv and not riding his sun chariot.

"How did you know I'm- never mind. Can this wait this is the best- never mind." He tried to push me away, only to find out that I broke the tv screen already.

"What is it so important that you've to come to my palace and break my tv during the day? Did you injure Percy again? Wow, you must be really good to injure him from 5 feet away. Then again you can just shoot him, or ask your hunters to rough him up. But again-"

"I have reasons to believe the great prophecy is false." I cut him off exasperatedly.

"Nonsense, what makes you think that? I gave it the same way I gave the first two great prophecies. Now move, my show is about to finish." I noticed his hand reaching for the remote and I threw a knife straight at it, destroying it and cutting into the sofa together.

"Artemis, you can't just go into someone's house, demand things and break their house down. Do you break down Percy's mom's house from you went there?" He sighed and paused for a moment.

"What makes you think it's false, and it better be good or I'll-"

"Lady Nyx, the Primordial goddess of the night came yesterday and told us." I cut him off again, and this time his face turned grimed.

"Tell me the entire story." He said firmly. I took a seat beside him and went on with the whole incident, how I was so sure she was the real Primordial goddess. There was no specific proof that she is, but given how powerful she is she has to be. That is why I wish to consult with the Oracle of Delphi. The conflict between the big three would be solved since Zeus will feel secured over his throne. However, this would also raise so many questions if it turns out to be true. Tartarus has always been awake, but he was always content with his roles, or as the ancient books detailed, It was said that he opted for the role as the lord of all monsters, and where monsters would go and rebirth. There was a time where monsters and humans both go to the underworld when they die. While Monsters are reborn, humans were given a choice and not all choose rebirth which resulted in an overcrowding. More rooms were needed, and Tartarus offered himself to Chaos as a host which is known as the pits of Tartarus today.

"So we need to consult with the Oracle of Delphi. We need concrete proof before going to Zeus." I ended my reencounter. What scared me the most was that Apollo kept quiet throughout. His face showed no emotion. You can imagine the severity of the matter if even Apollo is-

"Percy." Apollo opened his mouth. "Is one lucky dude man." Apollo's face brightened up to his goofy look as I sighed. "I don't know how many times he rebirthed for this, but his life is way better than even the Blessed Isles. Dating two virgin goddesses, garnering the attention of a hot primordial goddess… I swear if you two weren't dating him and Lady Nyx wasn't that nice. Oh, gods I would my immortality to be in his shoes." I sighed at my little idiot brother. I can't believe I stayed in the same womb as him for 9 whole months. I guess that's the reason he didn't turn out to be a complete idiot.

"I would rather fade than to get into any form of physical or romantic interaction with-"

"Ew, I'm not interested in you please. Not even if you're the last girl- oh wait you're a woman now thanks to Percy. I'm talking about Lady Nyx-"

"I'm not here to debate about how lucky Perseus is, whether or not I'm a girl or woman, nor am I here to hear about your little fantasy dream with Lady Nyx. My sole purpose to get Zeus to lift the curse and approve of Perseus and right now this stupid prophecy is in the way now you better tell me how to contact the Oracle or I'll force her out of you." I drew my bow and aimed at him. Getting stuck with his idiot as my brother for four thousand years is bad enough punishment already.

"I don't even want to know what the last part means, but it's not as easy to consult the Oracle of Delphi." Apollo paused for a moment. "To prevent the mortal from harassing the power of the of the prophecy, the first oracle's body was split into seven parts, and only when all seven parts are joined back together will the spirit of Delphi appear and answer your questions. As far as I know, the original hiding spot for the seven parts were the seven ancient wonders of the mortal world. But now, the hanging gardens are long gone and buried somewhere and the great lighthouse was also destroyed in the great earthquake caused by Poseidon." Apollo finally answered me. I know where one of the seven parts were located- in my old temple. I also knew that Apollo did it to hide the power from the mortals which are why I agreed in the first place but I never knew he hid the power from himself too.

"Can't we dispatch demigods to the seven location-"

"Ah stop right there." Apollo stopped me. "How do you expect them to go without a prophecy? If like you say the Tartarus can control the Oracle then what makes you think he'll let us issue prophecy to collect the seven parts?" Great, the only time Apollo outsmarted me is when it's most crucial.

"I know I'm awesome. You can admit it." Apollo's inflated ego came back right after.

"Okay, then Mr. Awesome. How about you propose an idea to solve this situation?" I rolled my eyes at him. Surely he's-

"I'll just get Rachel to fake it. I'll possess her, make her cough out some green smoke and give some fake prophecy. Easy peasy." Apollo answered without hesitation.

"It might… actually, work. Not bad, I see my intelligence is rubbing off on you. Only took four thousand years for it to seep into your brain." I ruffled his hair.

"However, we have two issues we have to deal with. One would be we'll need to create prophecies to fit each issue. The rhythmic part would be a walk in a park thanks to yours truly no need to thank me. But we can't create a fake problem in the problem in prophecies-"

"Sure we can, we'll just issue the problems in the prophecies and create it ourselves stupid. Now, what's the second issue?" I smirked at my little brother. Two can play it this game of ego.

"Second would be the arm of the Oracle I hid within your old temple. You remember you created a projection of yourself to defend the temple when it got burned the second time? I suggest sending Percy-"

"NO!" I raised my voice at Apollo. "We're not sending Perseus to fight me or any of the quests." I got up pressed my finger on Apollo with every word I said.

"You know no one-"

"I don't care. If three doesn't work, send more. Send ten. Send the seven chosen one from the last prophecy minus Perseus. They can beat Gaea I see no problem in beating a projection of me. She doesn't even possess any godly powers." I turned away from Apollo. How dare he suggested that it the first place.

"But-"

"NO BUTS!" I turned around and glared right at him. "My decision is final! Perseus is not going anywhere. He's discharging his duties at the Hunt. Now let's work on the prophecies." I flared at him.

Linebreak…

I reached back to camp rather late. I even had dinner with Apollo. I didn't know there's a mortal food delivery system here. A bunch of Nymphs and minor gods started a food delivery system. Why would people order I never know? It's not hard to teleport to wherever you want, order and go. I guess even the gods are getting lazier. Either way, I reached back to my tent mentally drained. Creating fake prophecies isn't as easy as it seems. Rhyming was actually the easy part. The last thing I need to deal with is-

"Arty!" I was tackled onto the bed from the bed. As was I saying, the last thing I need to deal with is this idiot though part of me is glad that it is nightfall already.

"Percy!" I was dealt with another crushing blow from the top as Diana tackled Percy and giggled with each other while I was getting squashed. I turned back to face Perseus, and I was pretty sure I was feeling angry until he looked back at me smiling.

"How was your day with the hunters?" I asked. Today's the first day the hunters officially know of our relationship. Unofficially… doesn't matter.

"Your hunters are crazy." He empathized on the word crazy. "The kind of questions they asked me." I felt him shivered a little.

"Come on, it can't be that bad." Diana mused, pressing herself down onto Percy. How do I know? Because I felt the extra force crushing my backbone.

"Ya, can't be worse than getting crushed by the both of you," I said in an annoyed tone, hoping that the two of them will get my point and get off me.

"Ops sorry." Perseus rolled off me and sending Diana rolling back even further onto the pillows.

"They asked me everything! From where I grew up, to my childhood to finding out my parentage… then to my life at Camp Half-blood and my relationship and-"

"Breath Perseus, breath. " I slowed him down there. He was speaking faster and exasperatedly, it felt as though he was going to combust.

"Start from the top. Whatever happened after we left?"

Flashback…

Percy

"So… who's helping me with the clothes?" I asked out awkwardly, and I see some of the hunters feigning ignorance and walking off. While that happened, I was actually glad that there were quite a couple of hunters staying behind out of goodwill. Artemis only asked for one, and the number of clothes is enormous considering the number of training-

Flashback cut…

Artemis

"Perseus, I'm not here to listen to your life story. I don't need to know those details." I cut him off, earning myself a look from Diana and Perseus.

"Fine, continue." I crossed my arms in defeat.

Flashback continue…

Percy

Washing the clothes was extremely quick. With the many extra pairs of hands helping to wash them and with me easily drying them we finished way before lunch time. I knew being a son of Poseidon would come in handy. Although I'm pretty sure those hunters agreed to help just to skip training but that doesn't matter.

"Want to have an early lunch?" I asked, or my stomach did with its grumbling. Their face instantly lit up at the talk of food, and Artemis calls me a glutton. Also, I was craving for pizza so I decided to order pizza. Hestia's-

Flashback cut…

Percy

"You guys ordered pizza?!" Artemis flared up, cutting me off for the second time. I heard Diana groaned as she rolled over me and placed Artemis's hand on her own mouth.

"shhh." Diana shh-ed an angry Artemis, which was surprisingly amusing to watch.

"It's okay. I'll just cut to the main point-"

"Thank you!" Artemis peeled off her own hand from Diana's grip and managed to shout out before Diana straddled her and completely dominate and silenced her.

"Go on Percy what are you waiting for?" Diana looked at me, but all I could think of all the possibilities having two Artemis-es around.

"Just let her go," I replied blankly, and Artemis immediately pushed Diana aside. Watching them wrestle against each other, i-

"Perseus!" The two of them shouted at me from each side of my ears. My entire body literally shot up in shock as I blinked my eyes a couple of times, trying to take in my current position.

"Right… okay, give me awhile erm… oh right. Then during lunch time, they just kept bombing my questions. It started with my childhood, so I told them about Smelly Gabe and all and Nancy but that's all okay. Then they asked about how we got to together, and then there was one of them who asked who initiated… afterward the questions got a little too weird. I kind of suspect some of the hunters are lesbian and are in love with you. Anyways how was your day? Where did you go for the whole day? I missed you both." I lunged myself at the both of them and gave them both a peck on the lips and snuggling against one of them.

"We went hunting." One of them answered. "We were hunting in the Arizona then we sort of lost track of time until the sun set… Shall we turn in for the night? I'm tired. We can cook our spoils for tomorrow's breakfast." She exclaimed proudly at the same time tiredly. The both of them then pushed me back laying down and snuggled around me and to be honest I have no idea who is who.

"Good night." I wrapped my hands around the both of them as they both of them said nothing but smiled.
