A/N: Here's the next chapter and fair warning, the next one will take some time to upload. I'm working all weekend so I won't even be able to start writing it.

Chapter Fifty-Six: A Famous Visitor

Christine watched as a black car pulled up to the castle. She could see much detail of the vehicle since it was too dark out to really see almost anything. All the creatures had gone into hiding so the castle was now quiet. Erik had taken the children to the room and came back to his balcony where she was still standing with her dragon and Zeus. She knew something was wrong, but didn't know what since Erik didn't tell her yet.

"Erik, what is going on?" She asked him, pointing to the mist that started to crawl over the land now. "Who is here that all this stuff is going on?"

"Come with me…" He held out her hand. With a second thought, she took his hand and they walked down to the main living room where three people were waiting. Christine glanced at them and realized they were women. She looked at the women, seeing how beautiful they were and suddenly feeling a bit jealous. Her jealousy rose as the woman hugged Erik, clearly knowing them. Erik turned to look at her, one of his arms around a woman. "Christine, I'd like you to meet my 'mothers'…"

"Wait, mothers?" He nodded and introduced them to Christine. She recognized the names from somewhere, but couldn't remember where. "It's a pleasure to meet you…"

"Pleasure it all outs, it's really good to finally meet you." The woman named Roseanne said to her. "Erik has told us much about you."

"Really? Because he never told me about you guys…" She looked over at him.

"There was a reason…"

"And the reason was?" She asked him. He didn't answer put pointed behind her. She turned to see what he meant and froze at the person standing in front of her. The man stood at Erik's height, but wasn't as big built as him. He was a little thinner with much paler skin than Erik. But she knew that this man had to be related to Erik since they both had the same eyes, hair color and other features. Her eyes scanned him closely, trying to figure out how she knew him someone.

"Christine, I'd like you to meet my father…Count Dracula." Erik introduced them and Christine's mouth dropped. She quickly turned around to face Erik, mouth still open and eyes widen.

"Dracula is your father?" She asked, needing to be reminded again. He nodded and Christine turned back around to face the famous vampire. "Oh my god…" He smiled, showing his pearl white teeth and two fangs. Taking her hand, he slowly brought it up to his lips and kissed it.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you as well, Christine Daae." His accent was thick, thicker than Erik's and a full Romanian accent. She was too stunned to even speak as she just looked at him. Her body slowly started to sway a bit.

"Christine?" Erik rushed over and caught her just in time before she could hit the floor.

"Did she just…faint?" Roseanne asked, making Erik nod. He picked her up and carried her upstairs to the bedroom. Gently setting her down on the bed, he stayed for a bit, watching over her. After a few hours, he left the room to go talk to his father.

Christine woke to the sound of dragons roaring outside on the balcony. She looked around to see herself in Erik's room, but Erik and Isabella were nowhere to be found. Slowly climbing out of bed, she walked out onto the balcony and saw Dracula standing out there, petting one of the dragons. He sensed her approaching and turned to face.

"Sleep well?" He asked. She nodded, hugging the Erik's robe that she grabbed tighter around her body. "I'm sorry that I caused you to faint."

"No it's alright…it's been a crazy few months here." She motioned to the flying creatures in the sky.

"Yes I know…I heard what was happening here and decided to come as well. And I wanted to visit my old home again. It's been decades since I've been here; Erik has kept this place good." He looked at her, making her shift uncomfortably. "You have no reason to fear me." He tried to comfort her nerves.

"I'm sorry; I'm just still trying to accept the fact that Erik's father is the famous Dracula and that fact that you are even real." He chuckled.

"Well I am…though Erik had his reason to not mention me. I'm not the most well liked man in the world."

"I can understand that Erik wanted to protect you, though he could have told me at one point like when I found out he was a vampire."

"I remember that…" Christine nodded. "You have a beautiful daughter."

"You met Isabella?" He nodded.

"Yes, Erik introduced me to her during breakfast and she was just as stunned as you were, but didn't faint." He teased her a bit.

"Well thank god she doesn't get the faint trait for me…" They both chuckled. "May I ask you something?" He nodded. "Is there a real reason why everyone is gathering here at the castle?" She asked him, knowing he must knew something. He sighed and nodded. "What?"

"That I will answer, but Erik and Nadir should be present." He answered. She nodded and looks out at the darkness. "And it's coming sooner than we think."

"What is?" Both of them turned to see Erik and Nadir coming out onto the balcony.

"That's what I'm curious to know…" Christine said as Erik came up to stand next to her. "So what is happening?" She asked. Dracula sighed and looks at his son.

"Do you remember the year that I changed you in a full vampire?" He asked his son, making him nod.

"What happened that year?" Christine asked, now looking at Erik.

"What is basically happening now…all the creatures came to a certain place. They were seeking help and safety from the hunters. Last time it was in England….looks like now it's in Romania. But why?" He asked.

"Because of your daughter." Dracula answered.

"Isabella?" Both Erik and Christine asked in unison, making Dracula nod.

"Yes…because she is part human and vampire, she has both feet in both worlds. She has the gift to communicate with both worlds…she is the hope for the future." He answered. "That is why she could understand what the creatures are saying…like you did once." He looked at Erik.

"You were able to speak to them before?" Christine asked Erik who nodded.

"Yes and then I was changed into a full vampire." He answered. "But the last battle, the hunters won. What makes you think we will win this time?" He asked his father. "Van Helsing knows about our weaknesses and will use them."

"Because now we have more on our side and also we know this castle. The hunters don't know this castle at all. We can use this castle and land to our advantage…" Dracula explained. "But we need your help this time."

"I won't…I have a family."

"As do we all…" Nadir stepped in. "…but I am willing to do what I can to make sure my family is safe." Erik glanced from his friend to his father to Christine. She looked at him and he knew that she wanted to him to fight. Sighing, he looked back at his father.

"For Christine and Isabella…I will fight."
