So, this is sort of a filler, wrap-up chapter to get us from A to B and wrap up the T/B stuff for the moment. I'll have you another with more substance later today. I did have a second part to this but decided to make it it's own chapter. Also, I was incredibly surprised by the response to the last chapter. I'm so happy that people are falling in love with these characters as much as I am. If anyone has any requests of scenes or pairings, this is the story to request them. It would be easy enough to add them in and also break up the monotony I feel while writing SQ. Nothing insane, please, (Archie will never sleep with Regina. You get the picture. haha) and if it interferes with something I have later, I will decline. So, enjoy!
Song: Domino by Jessie J
Tink opened her eyes. No tipsy haze dulled her emotions or emboldened her actions. Her hand rested atop a breast that required both to properly hold it. A heart beat steadily beneath her ear. A warm body dipped and swelled slightly with breath beside and underneath hers. Soft fingers detangled her hair, barely moving for fear of waking her. Tink sprang up, nearly tripping in the blanket as she fumbled for her feet.
"Shit. Shit. Shit. Beth," she whirled to find the other woman looking surprised at the sudden movement and cursing but not upset or angry. "You're not mad," she breathed.
Bethany's brow furrowed, but she lounged on the bed comfortably and stretched an arm behind her head. "Is this us not being awkward?" She jabbed at the flustered former fairy, and Tink covered her face, laughing almost hysterically in relief.
Covers and sheets rustled, and she raised her head slowly to find Bethany sitting at the edge of the bed, pale skin even more glorious in the muted sunlight peeping around the light blue fabric blinds on the far side of the room. In a moment, she was upon the younger woman, hands in disheveled hair, lips parted and explorative. Bethany jerked in shock of the attack, and Tink disengaged.
"Shit. I'm sor…" The words stopped abruptly when Bethany grabbed both sides of her head and connected their lips once more. Tink followed willingly with only a gentle tug of fingers, entering the bed once more to settle atop her new lover. The pace built much more quickly than the previous night, but Tink remained gentle and attentive and instructive. Bethany still came so easily, too sensitive for anything rough or overly passionate. Her eyes still searched for acceptance when Tink went down on her again, but she needn't have worried. She fumbled a lot, but what she lacked in experience, she made up for with enthusiasm and obedience, following the directives of preference.
Beth was an attentive lover, taking to heart all of her lessons about learning her partner's body. She experimented with her own preferences, licking or biting here and there to find what excited her as well as her friend. Tink laughed when Bethany played with her labia lips, pulling them back to study the appearance and then released them to study it more. Under normal circumstances, the former fairy might have been uncomfortable, but it wasn't about her. Beth sought understanding of her own body.
She hesitated at oral, and Tink pulled her back to her mouth for a kiss instead. Bethany wasn't gay, and this wasn't about that. So, they moved on, and with a bit of instruction on how to pleasure another woman, the princess managed to bring her to climax twice with only penetration. There was plenty of love and tenderness, but it wasn't a connection of the souls. It was fun, which was exactly what Bethany needed, to feel something other than shame about her sexuality. They laughed together at her fumbles, talked through something when necessary, and got lost in the prolonged sensations and comfort of each other.
Finally, they fell into the bed, sweaty and happy and sated. Bethany rolled onto her side and took her hand in both of hers and pressed her forehead to her shoulder. Giggles broke the silence, infecting the older woman with the frivolity of the moment. They petered out slowly as a warm glow encompassed them.
"Tink, I'm starving," she lamented without raising her head from her friend's shoulder.
"You still want stuffed French toast?" Tink asked and nuzzled slightly sweaty brown hair. Bethany groaned her approval. "Want to shower while I get it started?" A sleepy grunt answered the question, pulling a chuckle over her tongue. Bethany bit her shoulder in retaliation and then rolled away to exit the bed.
"You can wear something of mine," she raised a lazy, uncooperative arm towards the dresser. "If you can maneuver them over your swelling gluteus," she added wickedly and then squeaked and bolted from the room when a pillow hit her back.
Tink found a pair of booty shorts and a tank top, both a little tight on her naturally wider hips and ribcage but not uncomfortably so. She gathered ingredients, her mind on the schedule at the diner. She came in at noon on Saturday and Sunday, adopting Ruby's usual schedule to give her time to do paperwork during the morning hours, which she now knew she'd end up doing in between rushes and after her shift on the floor. A grin spread as she mixed the cream cheese and blueberries she found in the fridge to make the decadent filling for the incredibly indulgent breakfast her friend requested. Totally worth a lecture from Granny for not getting shit done.
The blender stopped, and Tink turned towards the island, almost dropping the bowl at the four faces staring at her. Belle's face flushed and disbelieving. Ruby's hand covered her mouth, eyes wide. Fucking wolves smelled everything. Emma and Regina looked confused, not yet up to speed about what had happened only a few minutes ago in that elegant apartment. She'd practically lived there during Bethany's recovery, so seeing her in the kitchen in pajama clothes wasn't unusual. Tink sucked her jaws into her mouth, creating hollows in her cheeks and set the bowl very slowly atop the light blue and white marble.
She cleared her throat. "I forgot to drop the bike off this morning." She bit her lip and closed her eyes, face scrunching with her next sentence. "The keys are in my pants. I'll just…" She pointed towards the den.
"What did you do to her?" Belle finally spoke in a harsh, almost in human tone.
Tink opened her mouth, caught Ruby's frantic head shake behind her lover, and closed it. She yipped and took off around the island, moving much faster than the pregnant woman chasing her. "I was gentle, I promise!" She defended, making another trip around the structure protecting her. "She's fine. I like my tits, Belle. Don't cut my tits off!" She almost lost her balance as she made another turn around the counter.
Belle stopped, panting in anger more so than physical exertion, and slapped her hands on cool marble. "You took advantage of her. You're supposed to be her friend."
She took off again, and Tink burst through the trio simply watching the surreal event surrounding them, grabbing Emma as a shield. "Seriously, she's okay! I'd walk across legos for her," Tink declared valiantly from behind her human wall. "Beth, your sister is insane!"
Tink pushed Emma forward and stepped back, facing the severely pissed off witch, hands up in surrender. "I didn't do anything she didn't want. We talked through everything, Belle. She's not a child. She's a beautiful woman, okay, and I did it right. I made sure it was right," Tink babbled, finally gaining ground with the elder French. "It barely hurt."
Ruby caught Belle around the chest and shoulders as she took off again, restraining her despite the angry shrieks and valiant struggle. She reached out a hand intending to grab her with magic, and Ruby slapped her forearm, forcing it to her side. "Baby, wait. We don't know what happened," Ruby tried to control the situation.
"I know exactly what happened. She took advantage of my little sister. She couldn't wait a full month after her surgery to fuck her. I'm going to kill her, Ruby," Belle threatened, pulling against her hold once more. Ruby believed her.
"What the hell is happening in my home?" A clipped voice commanded from the small hall that led to the second bedroom off the kitchen. Beth stood wrapped in a fluffy light brown towel, hair and body dripping from the shower she'd left in the commotion.
Belle stopped her struggle and turned towards her baby sister. Ruby let her go but stayed between her fiancée and her employee. Belle took her shoulders lightly. "Are you okay?"
Bethany stared at her sister, not sure what she insinuated. Sometimes human emotions confounded her beyond comprehension. "Why on earth would I not be? Has something happened? Are you under attack again?" She glanced around the room. Emma and Regina looked uncomfortable as hell, with a hint of amusement thrown in. Ruby bit her lip to keep from laughing at her predicament. Tink stood back from the others, arms crossed over her stomach, a hard expression on her face. Defensive and nothing like her friend once they closed the door behind them in this apartment. Understanding.
"You have no right, Belle. This is my home. I gave you a key for emergencies, not to come barging in when you damn well please. And, certainly not to attack my friends," Bethany smacked her down for her behavior.
"You have a hickey," Belle murmured, completely unnerved by the entire experience. Bethany glanced down to find a purple mark on the swell of her left breast, right beside her freckle. "She marked you," Belle uttered darkly and turned away from her sister to take after the former fairy again. Ruby caught her again. Beth was fine. Belle was overreacting.
"Enough!" Bethany yelled and stomped across the kitchen, leaving wet tracks across the tile and then hardwood.
"She took advantage of you, Bethany. You're extremely vulnerable right now. You've only just gotten your life back," Belle protested vehemently and struggled against her fiancée.
"Baby, people said the same thing about me," Ruby murmured, patiently enduring the tantrum. The words softened her lover's features but not the fire in her eyes. Ruby understood the anger, but she had also experienced Tink's position.
Belle made a choked sound when Bethany blew past her and took Tink's shoulders, ducking to catch the shorter woman's gaze. "Are you okay?" Tink nodded without looking up or unfolding her arms. "Tinker Bell, we did this together, and I, for one, am eagerly anticipating the next time." Tink's head shot up in shock, clearly not expecting the younger French to side with her against her big sister whom she idolized and constantly sought approval. Some of the tension drained from her face and shoulders, a lightness in her eyes telling everyone that she and Beth had shared something unbreakable. It wasn't love, not like Ruby gazed at Belle, but the same amount of reverence and contentment.
A high-pitched sound vibrated from Belle's throat, and Bethany turned to face her, a comforting hand on Tink's shoulder. The other held her towel in place where it'd started coming undone between her breasts. She fully expected to tear into her big sister again, but something in Belle's eyes blocked the reprimand in her throat. Big blue eyes shimmered as they studied her, touched her feminine form. She swallowed, fixated on the bruise on her breast. She was a woman, not a child. Not her child. She'd not been for a long time.
"I know this family tree is fucked up, but I thought we at least drew the line at incest," Tink pointed out the weirdness of the intense staring between the sisters. Bethany smiled at the silly remark from her lover that pulled them through the emotionally charged moment, and Belle rolled her eyes.
"Okay?" Beth asked, saying so much more with that one word. May I be a woman now? Do you approve? Please, don't ruin this experience with anger.
Belle nodded and wiped tears from her cheeks, lowering her face slightly. She took a deep breath and raised it again, meeting identical blue eyes. "Okay," she breathed, steadying herself with the word.
"Does that also mean I can slather her in green and yellow paint and spank her like a naughty pineapple?" Tink destroyed the moment as she often had.
Belle surged forward again, and Ruby barely caught her through the laughter spilling from her lips. Even Emma and Regina snorted at that. Bethany covered her eyes, either in amusement or irritation, her smile hid the response. "Tinker Bell, please don't speak again until Belle leaves. Keys," she chuckled, voice rising with the effort of laughing and speaking simultaneously. "Now, please." Tink moved with the less-than-gentle nudge and stumbled towards the bedroom.
"It had to be Tink?" Belle asked. Bethany glanced over her shoulder to find Tink struggling to get her jeans on and then nodded bashfully. Belle sighed. "If you're happy with her, I will do my best not to interfere."
Bethany cleared her throat as Tink returned to her side, still in the skimpy tank top but now without the bottom of her ass hanging out. "We're not together, Belle. We are simply…"
"Fuck buddies." "Engaging in alternative activities." Bethany glared at her friend who had regained her mouth in the new knowledge that she wasn't being turned out to flap aimlessly in this storm. Tink grinned innocently with a mischievous sparkling in her eyes.
Belle rubbed the skin between her eyes, the telltale sign of a migraine sparking. Tink backed off for the moment before the pregnant woman blew up her little sister's apartment. Ruby shot a warning face at the diner manager, and Tink nodded. She knew that look. Shut up and be a good fairy or I'll throttle you in a bad way. Tink extended the keys to Emma and then stepped behind Bethany again, protecting herself in case Belle went nuts again.
"Just don't hurt my baby, okay," she instructed Emma who nodded with a small smile. Freedom. Even Tink rethought the decision to send Emma to Salem alone in that moment. The Savior clearly wasn't stable.
"Okay, we'll leave to… breakfast," Ruby blurted, glancing over her shoulder to the forgotten filling for french toast. "Sorry for barging in, but we couldn't find Tink and neither of you were answering your phones. We saw the bike out front," she finally explained their presence.
"Sorry for causing concern," Bethany apologized regally, still on edge from the entire experience of everyone finding out so soon. Tink slid warm hands over her shoulders, squeezing gently. Ruby struggled with Belle again, forcing her out of the door and pushing Emma and Regina behind her. She closed it and leaned her thin frame against the sturdy wood.
"Tink…" Ruby smiled tightly, face pinching with her thoughts. "You're timing sucks, both of you, but if you need anything, I'll soothe it over with her." She shrugged and grinned at the diner manager. She trusted Tink. Like Beth, she'd seen her softer side.
"She going to be okay going to Salem alone?" Tink asked, nodding towards the door.
"Amelia is informing Felicia of the situation, minus the magic stuff. That mouthpiece will get the word out fast enough. They'll keep an eye on her for us, and if it gets too bad, Lauren and I will go get her," Ruby explained, adding Emma's sanity to her already stooping shoulders. She really owed Tink so much for taking the diner off her hands.
The faint rumble and hum of the bike told them that Emma took off into the unknown, and Ruby released a shaky breath. Bethany adjusted her towel, reminding them that she was still naked and exposed. Tink gave her shove towards the kitchen.
"Go get the shampoo out of your hair, Starchy. You staying for breakfast?" She asked Ruby, inviting her with the tone.
Ruby shook her head. "I was going to check in on the diner paperwork, but I'm assuming you've not touched it." She wiggled her eyebrows, and Tink rolled her eyes.
"Belle's going to kill me." Ruby just laughed.
