Maka and Soul go to Japan to look for a demon soul hiding within a school. Haruhi and the gang prepare for the incoming of two transfer students. When these two groups meet, a secret is reveled that will change everything they knew. The only question everyone is asking, "How in the hell do you forget something like that!"

When Maka and Soul return to Death City after an assignment, Soul notices something is off. When he asks what's wrong he wasn't expecting to hear "I'm not your partner anymore Soul". On top of that, Wes's sudden appearance doesn't help the already sticky situation. Maka has promised an explanation but will Soul be able to listen or will his anger stir up the madness inside?
