My first fanfiction ever, so please be kind! This is a reveal fic where I've skipped over all of the boring set-up and have jumped right into the action. Set sometime post S4-ish, but before S5, only canon characterizations. This fic explores the "two sides of the coin" thing by mixing in a little of the lore I've made for my personal fantasy-epic about soul-magic and relationships

Merlin has almost given up hope after a vengeful Morgana ruled over Camelot for centuries. Arthur never did return. But, one day, his hope is restored when he finds a boat with a person on it. A breathing person. A person who looks remarkably like Arthur Pendragon.

Uther learns Arthur is the Once-and-Future-King of prophecy and declares him a traitor, forcing him to flee with Merlin. The catch? Arthur has no idea who Emrys is and no desire to fulfill the prophecy. Reveal!fic. T for action sequences/some deaths; no slash, no smut, no language. Emrys protects King Arthur, but who does the Queen have to protect her? After almost getting crushed by a horse, Freya saves her just as she arrives in Camelot. Who better to be Gwen's maid than her? Merlin is about to get the ultimate surprise as his loved one, who was dead, is back and very much alive. Freylin and Arwen. Set during series 5.

Following the druids' return to Camelot, a druid ambassador visiting King Arthur's court reveals the existence of Emrys, sparking a city-wide search for the elusive sorcerer. In between hiding from Camelot's knights, keeping Morgana and Agravaine in the dark, and protecting the ambassador, Merlin struggles to keep his identity a secret and stay one step ahead of his pursuers.

When a quick-to-anger noble comes to Camelot, Merlin makes it his job to keep the other servants from being abused by serving the noble himself, but when Arthur and the knights notice that Merlin is acting strangely they decide to keep a closer eye on their friend. It doesn't take long for them to realize something is horribly wrong.

Do you ever feel such a deep connection to a complete stranger that you feel as though you know them from somewhere else, from a long time ago? Arthur felt exactly that when a boy named Emrys walked into his life, and he would never be the same. ***** Rated for language, dirty jokes, and situational mishaps.

Sequel to Ghost of a Man. Through years of living alone and forgetting himself, Merlin is still waiting for his King to return. His friends in the After World watch over him, wishing for him to know that they were there. But as Merlin wonders the changed earth, there is something brewing under Albion's feet that Merlin needs to stop soon or all is lost but he can not do it alone...

"Percival- what're you doing here?" Percival wouldn't have woken him unless it was important. "We weren't sure what else to do, Sire, it's Merlin." Important, indeed. Or, the five times Arthur and his knights try to help Merlin and the one time Merlin realizes he deserves help too.

A bunch of one-shots were Merlin's magic is revealed in different ways.

Merlin becomes the Grim Reaper, in the sense that he brings Arthur's friends to Lake Avalon when they're about to die. After all, Arthur will need his knights, queen, and physician once he rises to become king once again.

Merlin is more than a thousand years old, still living by the Lake of Avalon. He waits for Arthur to return in vain. On one fateful day, he finds an old magical object in his home that may allow him to have some hope again. ON HOLD Sequel to Time Knights, Time Servant and Time Mother. The whole gang plus a few guests sit down to watch Merlin.

Arthur receives several letters that are addressed to a man named Emrys, Merlin than let's slip that Emrys is his other name, but if Emrys is Merlin why do the letters address Emrys as 'Lord' and why is Merlin getting so much more praise than him. Takes place after the season 5 finale. Arthur wakes up in the middle of nowhere. On his way back to Camelot he makes some earth-shattering discoveries. Really bad Summary - I know - but I dont want to say too much beforehand. Brace yourself for a lot of heartwarming fluff. After finishing the series I had the need to write an ending because Arthur and Merlin deserve better!

When Merlin and Arthur found Gwaine in Ismere, the Diamair gifted Arthur with a stone filled with memories, not all his own…

"Join us, Emrys! The Pendragons have wronged you and your brethren for too long. If you help us, I'll make sure you receive whatever you want from the spoils. The castle, titles, riches, whatever you want!" King Urien offered desperately. The warlock in front of him wore a cloak with the hood up to hide his face. Emrys shook his head. "My answer is the same. I will not join you."

Merlin has been hurting from nightmares every night, dreams where his secrets are revealed and something bad happens. This, along with the fact that magic is still not welcome in Camelot, makes him start to lose hope. He begins to withdraw into himself, closing himself off from others, being a quiet normal servant, and nobody can stand it. So Magic takes things into its own hands.

In which Merlin sings, Arthur is done with him, Gaius is ignored and Morgana is... Morgana. Merlin's greatest secret is also revealed, but who cares about a tiny thing like that? bamf!Merlin and somewhat a crack fic towards the end.

Third one shot in the 'A Matter of...' Series (but can be read as a standalone). Sir Leon has lost a bet, leaving Merlin to show him what it takes to be the king's personal manservant. Much more fluff than the previous two! No slash

Arthur wakes up in the forest with a headache and more questions than answers. How did he end up here? And why can't Merlin just let him sleep? Can be read as a one-shot, but is part of a series I'm working on along with A Matter of Trust (part 1 in the series). Mostly focuses on Arthur and Merlin, but other characters make an appearance. No slash, rated T cause I'm paranoid.

An old one-shot I had lying around. Arthur takes the knights and Merlin out for a special training exercise during a heat wave, but things don't go according to plan. How can Arthur make amends? Slight fluff, no slash. Rated T purely cause I'm paranoid.

After a mishap in the woods, Merlin finds himself transported 25 years into the future. Meanwhile, his future-self took his place in the past. They must figure out a way to get back to their respective times before their many enemies in the past and the future manage to take advantage of the situation. AU after season 4.

Sequel to 'Of Swords and Warlords'. They were home, back in Camelot, with their ordeal over. Or at least it should've been. Nightmares plague Merlin as he attempts to continue his life in Camelot, so familiar yet now completely different. Arthur and the knights are keeping his magic a secret, but for how long? Rated T for language and violence.

Merlin had secrets, and Arthur knew nothing of them, until, slowly, he did. In which Arthur slowly unravels the mystery that is Merlin, and begins to realize just how much he doesn't know.

When Lady Freya visits Camelot, Mordred tells the Knights the tale of the cursed druid girl, the servant, and the prince. Will they ever learn of the servant's and prince's identity? In which Arthur denies missing his manservant, the knights are saps for a love story, Mordred has a crush on Freya, and Guinevere plays matchmaker. And where is Merlin? Freylin, Episode Retelling.

When Merlin jumps in front of a spell that was supposed to make Arthur relive his worst memories, he suffers the effects. Everyone sees. No slash! Reveal!fic Merlin!Whump.

When Arthur died, Merlin wandered the globe in a variety of disguises, playing differently roles throughout history. He returns to Camelot, now a metropolis called Camden, and finds every person he once knew - Gaius, Gwen, Morgana - reincarnated with new names and no memories. Merlin must relive his painful past for a second chance to save Arthur, his King and his best friend.

After Merlin is shot with an arrow and left for dead in Cenred's Kingdom, Uther receives a mysterious letter informing him that Emrys, a dangerous sorcerer, is out for his blood. Arthur, upon learning that Merlin is still alive, is sent on a mission to kill Emrys and hopefully rescue his misplaced manservant in the process. No Slash.

What happen's when post-season 3 Arthur and Gwaine are catapulted into a time in which magic has been legalized in Camelot? Confusion and mayhem, mostly. This story is mostly set post A Knightly Surprise and it's impending sequel. Season 3 or 5 AU. Magic reveal/ already revealed.

The round table knights have been away on patrol for two months. In that time, Merlin's magic has been revealed to Arthur back in Camelot along with those of a non-evil Mordred. Now the knights have returned to Camelot, and Merlin must intentionally reveal his magic for the first time. Of course, Morgana begins to stir up trouble at the same time. Mid-season 5. AU. When Merlin goes missing, everyone is looking for him . . . and I do mean EVERYONE. Slight crack.

In which Arthur learns to tell when Merlin is dying. Like anything else about the warlock, this is not as straightforward as it seems. Why does ARTHUR see the light when MERLIN is dying?

Merlin and the knights find themselves tasked with caring for Arthur when he falls gravely ill. With dark creatures threatening the borders of the kingdom, will Merlin be able to prevent Arthur from sacrificing his health in favour of protecting Camelot? And to make matters worse, there's a new knight in Camelot. A knight who dislikes servants who don't know their place.

Sequel to The Hopes and Dreams. Life is returning to normal in Camelot,or as normal as life can be. Arthur still blames himself for the death of his friend but Merlin seems to disagree. He may be dead but he isn't gone. And the story is far from over...
