Since you clicked on my profile, fine, I'll say a few things. I saw the original Star Wars when it first came out while in the womb (through the Force), so you do the math. Have loved Star Wars all my life, also really into music, gaming, and learning about anything and everything, particularly science like astronomy, physics, and evolution. Married with 3 kids, working a shitty job and hoping to go back to school to work a less shitty job. No aspirations to become a serious writer, although maybe when I retire and have more free time. I've read a lot of the Star Wars novels, and I'm mostly into the pre-Phantom Menace time period as well as in between the movies, although I've read some that take place after, up until right before the Jedi Academy Trilogy, which I plan to read eventually. Favorite Star Wars novels are probably Darth Plagueis, Courtship of Princess Leia, the Darth Bane series, Revan and the Han Solo Trilogy. Matthew Stover is one of my favorite Star Wars authors, in addition to the authors of the above books, who are all amazing. Currently working on the 3-act Tainted Ties series which will be book-length once finished, and have a few ideas for other story lines taking place in different time periods, though I won't say when, but it should be pretty cool. I don't really get into Alternate Universe, as I like the story the way it turned out and the fact that so many different people have come together to flesh out this universe, tie it together, in some cases coming up with explanations for Lucas's discrepancies (hey, we're all human, and I can't be mad, he created my favorite movies of all time), and overall just give more life to an already incredible universe. When I write I try not to contradict the accepted canon in the Extended Universe, although there's a lot I haven't read so it may not always work at times. Props to anyone who takes the time to write and put their stuff out there, regardless of style, AU, EU, whatever. Well that's all I can think of for now so thanks and hope you read my work!
