![]() Author has written 2 stories for Yozakura Quartet. You really didn't come here to read some generic introduction. You want to know who on earth this "Low Definition" chick is, who either just reviewed your fic or posted something. So, granting that hypothetical request, here we go! Low Definition: (adj.) blurred or ambiguous visual information; (n.) a teenage girl who can be found on the internet, who often writes fanfictions for Yozakura Quartet, constructively fuels seemingly pointless debates, burns bizzare images into the minds of her peers (occasionally needing to be remedied by brain bleach), and criticizes her own writing moreso than anyone else's. See: Funwithscalpels (on DA) N: I think Low Definition just threw a laptop out the window, due to FF.net's glitchy formatting system. Now that that's over and done with, let's take a look at my writing! Complete: My Fair Lady- Yozakura Quartet. 5 chapters Ongoing: Music Theory- Yozakura Quartet. 2 chapters. Progress: Chapter 3 in planning. In Progress: Ninja- Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Summary: When one is trapped in the middle of a demon-infested Lockdown, simple games can potentially mean the difference between sanity and suicide. Characters: Keisuke, Midori Genre: Romance/Humor Rating: T Projected length: oneshot Progress: 2/3 way through first draft Other notes: Started during summer, but was put on hold. I am returning to it now. Incongruous- Yozakura Quartet Summary: She knew these meetings were wrong. Characters: Ao, Enjin Genre: Romance Projected length: oneshot Progress: one paragraph done!~ Other notes: Is being written for in exchange for artwork done by Umi-Hosh. I need to hurry the hell up with this. Mentor- Yozakura Quartet Title will likely be changed Summary: He coudn't have gotten here without them. Characters: Kyouske, Juri, Shidou, Yae, etc. Genre: General Projected length: a one or twoshot Progress: Planning Other notes: originally was going to be a chapter in Music Theory, but I feel like it deserves its own story. How I review: Most of the time when I review a story, it's just my first impression of it after I read, though I do re-peruse any sections that I specifically cite. When I actually write said review, I break it down into four main sections: -grammar: correctness -grammar: style -characterization (this applies to both cannon characters and OC's) -plot I never intend to flame. In fact, my purpose with critiques is quite the opposite; I want to help the author as a writer. Please do not take any of my reviews as a personal attack, for that was not my intention whatsoever. Adj: The resolution on this TV is terrible; it must be in low definition. |
