While Reality is a boring, sadistic taskmaster, I occasionally dip into realms of fiction of my own creation to hide from it. That being said, I blame some of the writers here for some of my ideas and the things that come out of my poor brain.

Presently, I've only been writing for Harry Potter, mainly because I've enjoyed that fanfiction the most and I haven't really had a lot of time to watch television/movies/the world outside of my office in a while, so... That's because I work full time and am a full time student, not to mention being a freelance writer for an education site, so I have the Instructor hat to add to my pile.

For anyone actually reading and reviewing, understand that I have read a lot of things over the years, everything from tech manuals to poetry. I don't always know if I'm accidentally borrowing/stealing an idea from someone. If I do something that you've seen before in just one or two stories and you want to call me on it, don't call me a thief. Say what story it's from. I'll either read the story to see if it sounds familiar and give credit, read the story to see if it sounds familiar and edit it out or I'll look at the complaint and say "I've seen this in dozens of other places, I feel this is pretty safe territory for general use by now." Saying I stole/plagiarized and not giving any background is going to be ignored. That's a major thing in education and publishing and I work in both.

Constructive criticism is welcome, telling me I suck is a good way to get laughed at and ignored. Thanks all!
