He has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and for the last years he has owned and operated his own full service carpet, upholstery, hard surface floor and water damage restoration cleaning company, Reid's Carpet Cleaning. Mark has been training for more than 15 years. He is a Key note speaker and well known events. Mark is a CMI Certified Instructor and an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Master Cleaning Technician, IICRC Floor Care Technician (FCT) Committee, IICRC Approved Instructor.
