The book a fabulous guide to the correct using of substances to improve the probability of lucid dreaming. Artificial substances alone is unable to make you lucid, however can greatly increase the prospect of becoming lucid and remembering the ability. My only criticism belonging to the book itself is which the success rates of various substance regimes while in the book often involve experiments that he or she conducts on himself by yourself.
