Naruto X Prototype

At the valley of the end Naruto was betrayed by his sensei. after getting hit with a chidori/raikiri, naruto is flooded with youkai(courtesy of Kyuubi). What this does is destabilizes Naruto's Uzumaki blood. The point of reference is that the Uzumaki blood could be a stable form of Mercer's/Heller's blood. Now with the unstable blood and the unlocked instinct to use it, thanks to the raikiri/chidori to the back, Naruto has become the new prototype

naruto found a book that has everything one would need, knowledge wise, to be a great shinobi. the book contains fuinjutsu, kenjutsu, ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. how naruto finds the book is up to you. naruto must start a clan, his reasons for starting one is up to you, around the book.

Pairings- Author's choice (no yaoi or rape)

General idea- naruto finds a book or journal from his father that descirbes notes his father had as a CHAKRA RESEARCHER. After reading this book/journal naruto decides to continue in his father's footsteps. In canon Minato was a seal master(to the point he could use chakra to stamp a seal onto something), and created the rasengan (from observing a tailed beast ball). With this in mind He had notes on equipment he had planned on making (which allows you to cross Naruto with about any other thing, i.e. Megaman's buster gun to recreating weapons from Bleach) and uses of different chakras (i.e. Yang chakra is the equivalent of DBZ's ki, while Yin chakra is like Bleach's Spirit energy or could be used to make unbreakable genjutsu). Aside from what was said the rest is up to you.
