Rules for my SYOT:

Sponsoring:

When the games begin, every chapter you may put down your top three characters in a review. You may not put down yourself. Number one gets thirty points, number two get twenty, and number three gets ten. By doing this, you get ten points.

The accumulated points will be posted on this chapter.

You may spend your points on your character. If you have more than one, specify which character. Please PM me and don’t review for this. You are your character’s mentor, too.

These are items you can buy for your tribute:

Tissues – 10 points

Wash cloth – 10 points

Small container of watercolor paint (specify color) – 10 points

Every word on a note – 10 points

Small container of aloe – 20 points

1 tablet of drowsy fever reducer (recommended dose is 2 every 6 hours) – 20 points

1 tablespoon of drowsy cough syrup (see above for dosage) – 20 points

Small package of salt crackers – 20 points

Flashlight – 20 points

Small container of acrylic paint (grey, green, or red) – 30 points

Sleeping bag (orange) – 30 points

1 tablet of non-drowsy fever reducer (recommended dose is 2 every 6 hours) – 40 points

1 tablespoon of non-drowsy cough syrup (see above for dosage) – 40 points

Small package of wheat crackers – 50 points

1 ounce of water – 50 points

Large backpack (orange) – 50 points

Large coat (orange) – 50 points

Sleeping bag (black) – 60 points

Small container of burn medicine- 100 points

Small container of disinfectant – 100 points

1 stress relief tablet (one a day) – 100 points

1 anti-depressant tablet (one a day) – 100 points

If you have something you want to give, but it’s not on the list, we may be able to negotiate a price although it’s a 50 point fee for not being on the list.

You may give other tributes items if it comes out of your points. You can do this while you’re alive, or if you die.

If you are not in the games but would like to give points, you may rate five per chapter. One gets fifty points, two gets forty, three thirty, and so on.

Also, enclosing a note in the item is free, but as above, each word is ten points. It’s highly recommended you put down usage in some items so they are not used incorrectly.

Alliances:

At any point, you can PM me about alliances. An alliance must be approved by every person- you can have alliances with your own characters if you have more than one, or other characters. If you want to break off the alliance, that can happen too.

Alliances can evolve into romance. These romances do not have to be straight. The romance must be approved by both parties.

Actions (from kills to kisses):

As a game maker, I decide on deaths like starvation, hypothermia, excreta. But you must PM me if your character is going to attack, or in the case of romance, “make a move.” The story is staying at T, though, so don’t get too excited. Remember, your character is here to please sponsors and get home alive.

Strategies:

As above, you decide on your character’s strategy to win this thing. Some of you have already sent it in, but I don’t need a strategy until the games start. When you are well acquainted with your opponents, please PM me on your strategy, both in the games and in the interview.

Absences:

Say you’re going to book camp for a week. I can try to accommodate an absence, keeping your character well hidden for a while, until you get back. Please PM me if this happens. But if it’s late in the games, I may not be able to.
