Bamf!Loki, lots of Loki whump. WARNING: non-graphic rape, torture." I am absolutely in love with this story but for some reason it has been deleted from fanfiction and that's the only place it was. If anyone knows where it (or Maddeningly Mad) is, please contact me (or give me the means to contact the authoress)!

Darkness, Flooded in Light by galaxysoup: completed with companion pieces. This was a wonderfully written story. If you're looking for a well-written Thor/Avengers story featuring a misunderstood Loki who is traumatized by Odin's A parenting, this is the thing for you. Not sympathetic!Avengers, but the next best thing. I highly recommend it!

Rants:

1) I really hate flamers. Like seriously, they piss me off. Most stories have warnings about what's in the stories. Some even say, "If you don't like it, don't read it." Still, some retarded people take it upon themselves to flame things and try to put down writers. What part of "don't like, don't read" don't these people understand? The warnings were clear. If you read the story and it's something you won't like to read, please utilize the goddamned back button. It isn't a crime. We promise we won't hunt you down and shoot you. Obviously, you aren't the intended audience. If the warnings are something you can handle but you don't like the way the story is written, then leave. Find something that does suit your interest. Constructive criticism is welcome, but open flaming is pointless and petty. I'm not just talking about fanfiction. I mean any kind of written work: fanfiction, fictionpress, a03, livejournal, published works. Seriously, just don't read it.

2) I totally hate when a good authoress deletes her fics or gets flagged down. All of those wonderful stories are lost forever and it's tragic, really. Then, no one can find the authoress and the story is freaking gone forever even if it was there, just last week (yes this is pointed at Maddeningly Mad) with no warning. People will understand if there's some kind of situation and no, you didn't have to put it up at all, but I'm just saying it's disheartening to aspiring writers to never have to see that awesome example again...or I'm just bitter as hell. Okay, that works, too.
