So, a little about me, Delia Blythe.

My name’s not really Delia. But I wish it was. It’s pretty. My middle name actually is Blythe, and it was really close to being my real name. My actual name is Justine.

I was born on April 27, and right now I’m a sophomore. My parents both work in the medical field, and I hope to follow in my dad’s footsteps and become a doctor. I’m half Cuban and half Polish, but to me, I’m just Cuban. I loveeee quesadillas, but I will gladly eat any other food you offer to me! ;)

I don’t read a lot. I read for school, and that’s it for the most part, except for FanFiction. I tend to get hooked on that. I actually spent my entire winter break of 2010 reading FanFiction instead of actually doing my homework… J

This is kinda important, at least to me. I’m an atheist. Yes, that means I deny religion and the existence of God. Please, don’t be offended. Unlike most people, I’m not going to try to persuade you to believe what I believe or anything like that. I think that these kinds of things are private, and therefore I wish that your respect my beliefs as I respect yours.

I love Twilight. I’m not a crazy fanatic. Anymore. Once upon a time, I made my MySpace name Justine Cullen… But I don’t even have a MySpace anymore (pfft. who actually uses MySpace anymore?).

I’m not that social. I’m extremely friendly, or I like to think I am, but I probably won’t approach you. As Bella put it, “I’m one of those suffer-in-silence types…” – That was from the movie. I hated the movie.

The Twilight movies are kinda disappointing to me. The first was AWFUL. The second one was decent. The third was really good. But even that one could’ve been better.

I have a hard time keeping my friends. Like I said, I like to be alone. And I don’t like drama. The only people left at my school that aren’t dramatic are the manga and Asian pop band fans. Yeah…I’d rather be alone for years than spend a minute with them. I kinda hate manga and stuff.

So, about my family. I’m not gonna get into too much detail about them. I have a younger sister, an older half-brother, and my parents are in the process of a divorce. I’m a Daddy’s Girl to the fullest extent, and have a strained relationship with my mother. I have a 4 year old niece, and in March 2011 I’ll have a little nephew J

Let’s see. My activities… I don’t really play video games. I like Pikmin 1 and 2, and I’ll play anything that resembles Guitar Hero or Rock Band, and I’ll kick your ass in the process J I play trumpet, flute, and piano, but I’ve also dabbled in trombone, drums, cello, guitar, and saxophone. I can play pretty much any instrument in band (like marching band, not a rock band). I’m in marching band, and it rocks!

I dye my hair a lot. It’s naturally blonde, but it’s been red, light brown, dark brown, brown-ish red, and right now it’s brown with strawberry brown highlights. Next up, I’m gonna try to go for fire-truck red. It’s not easy because my mom is TOTALLY against me dying my hair.

I adore western European accents. I’ve had a few boyfriends in the past, and it was great and all, but I’ve decided that I’m not going to date anymore until college. Boys are really immature in high school. All of them. I’m just a crazy hopeless romantic. I don’t believe in love at first sight, but I think that there’s someone out there, for everyone, that is their perfect match, and I’m not going to settle until I find mine. I can’t wait for the day I get married and have beautiful children. I’m hoping for daugthers I can dress up and give makeovers and play tea parties with, etc… I’m a lot like Alice and Rosalie in those senses. Dying for children to love, and dying to make them my Barbies… ;)

I kinda have a habit to talk about myself, if it weren’t evident. It’s probably because I’m a pretty private person, and there really isn’t any one person who knows this stuff about me. Just my best friend.

Ok, the last of the miscellaneous info. I’m a punctuation/convention snob. Grammar is my biggest weakness in English class, ironically. I can only be comfortable in the car if my window is down. I love being comfy, but I love fashion, and that means I’ll probably be wearing heels versus a pair of sneaks. It makes no sense to me either, don’t worry. I like movies. Especially sappy chick flicks. I hate pointless comedies. But I loved the Hangover. As for music, I especially like Top 40 stuff, and alternative rock. I can listen to piano music whenever, and my favorite is Moonlight Sonata. I’m musical and I like arranging songs for piano or wind instrumentalist ensembles. I’m a democratic liberal, and I’m totally Pro-Obama. I’m trying to learn Spanish. It’s going well.
