Something New

A crazy adventure, wild and fun,

Involved a small town, during the season of sun

The heroes of the story stuck together through rain and shine

Just some human twins with the last name Pines.

And like all great things, it came to an end

And left my sore heart to mend

I couldn’t help but cling to the past

I wanted that summer to always last

So I glimpsed into other versions of it

In a desperate attempt to fill the pit

And I was surprised at the beauty of it all

All the changes that could be made to Gravity Falls

Some of the changes to the story were small

Some didn’t seem like the same story at all.

And as I gazed through these stories, I had a thought.

Maybe, just maybe, I could give it a shot.

Yes. Yes! It could be done.

And if it’s done right then I could have some fun.

But I’ll need to test the waters before I jump in

I need to discover just how well I can swim

So hear me, all of you who would listen
