![]() Author has written 2 stories for Sword Art Online/ソードアート・オンライン, and Tokyo Ghoul/東京喰種トーキョーグール. Gender: Male Age: REDACTED Occupation: N/A Favorite Anime: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood I doubt I'll be writing much, I mostly get on here to read, and when I do write it's original stories I come up with, so if I do end up writing on here expect OC protagonists, possible AU, and plenty of OOC. PM me if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or if you just wanna talk. Nothing else really seems important, so I'm just gonna rant for a minute: I know most people disagree, but I don't like the NaruHina pairing. Not that I dislike the idea of Hinata finally getting Naruto, nor do I dislike the idea of Naruto finding love, but because I don't see them as compatible for many reasons. I don't think that Naruto would accept Hinata's feelings. He's already proven time and time again he only cares about Sakura liking him, and doesn't really care if anyone else does *cough* Shion *cough*. Also Naruto is very petty and freaked out easily, if he found out Hinata had been or was stalking him then he would be sure to stay FAR away from her. Secondly I don't think that their personalities and ideals would mesh well together. Naruto has proven himself time and time again to be a dense knucklehead who can't even tell when he is insulting and hurting his friends, Hinata sees being emotional or crying or even complaining as a show of weakness and would never want Naruto to see her as being weak. So Naruto could walk all over her feelings and she would just wait till she's alone to break down and cry her eyes out, it would become accidental domestic abuse. Also Naruto himself has proven he has no interest in Hinata. (Though that seems to have been forgotten in Naruto: The Last.) In the fight with Pein Hinata plainly told Naruto "...Because, I love you, I always will..." and then the next time we see Naruto he's, once again, hounding Sakura for a date... Yeah that sounds like rejection to me. Finally I don't see a relationship built on building the guy up in your mind and admiring him, seeing no flaws in anything he does, as true love. To love someone you have to have some things you hate about them, or else it's just blind admiration. Naruto does the same thing with Sakura, he saw her at first being made fun of and then later accepted by everyone else, and began admiring her because she had achieved his goal and proved it possible, a show of this is that he thinks Saukra is amazing and can do no wrong even though she spends the entirety of the first series being nothing more than a liability. So if your so against NaruSaku (which I am against by the way) then why would you love NaruHina? It's just making Naruto into a male, oblivious Sakura and Hinata into a shy, cute, female Naruto, there is no other difference. Those are my thoughts anyway, PM if you wanna discuss your own. |
