So you want to know something about the author, eh? Or possibly the person who commented on your story. sigh If I must.

The pen name Still Evil Flame is a bit misleading. I'm just Evil Flame. Always have been. That name just happens to be taken on FF.net. If you think you might have read something I've written somewhere else over the past 10 years, you might have. I've flitted from fandom to fandom in that time. I've managed to cover wrestling, Harry Potter and a few others. I've also done a lot of role playing here and there.

Bleach is my current obsession, thanks to Da Aprocalips. He's also my technical adviser on all Bleach trivia-esque things as well as my sounding board and beta reader. (Except for the deep, dark yaoi and then I'm on my own. Heh.)

Little known fact, I obsessively keep play lists for any and all characters in my fictions. I find and form them through the music that inspires me and inspires them. I usually don't share them unless asked, so if you are curious... On the other hand, if you have a song you think fits, please, drop me a line and share. I love new music and am fascinated by the songs that other people feel fit. If ANYONE has a few good Yachiru songs, please, please, please share.

My reading tastes are varied. I love angst, romance, slightly odd pairings and a certain brand of humor. I really prefer longer stories to shorter ones and think that drabbles are a scourge. I want something I can sink my teeth into and run with. Not just a splash of taste that I miss as soon as it's over. That goes for writing as well as reading.

I do beta read, on great occasion, but I hesitate to offer unless I'm really into the story. Other than really basic grammar and spelling, the only thing I'm really good at is pointing out inconsistencies in character and plot and giving alternatives to make things work. But hey, if you really wanted me to, ask. :)

The Stories:

Reaching for the Golden Ring- I promise there is much more of this to come. It's fully plotted out and full of amusing antics for Yachiru, Toshiro and some upcoming cameos by some of my other favorite characters. Plus almost lethal doses of crack. It couldn't be avoided.

Cry From Darkness- I thought this was a tiny little one-shot from the perspective of Kenpachi's zanpakuto. Maybe not. There could be a sequel in the works. I just have to deal with the issue of Ken-chan calling his zanpakuto 'he' in a recent manga chapter. :|

Perspective- This is just a little short that spawned from watching the Shinigami Cup with Ukitake, Hitsugaya and an arm-load of candy once too often. Plus, a very easy way to write a little Shunsui without anyone getting hurt. LOL

Wicked Games

Impulse Control- Ichigo has poor impulse control. He also has confused emotions for a certain Quincy who saved his life. Takes place in manga 51. Ichigo/Ishida yaoi Rated M for sexual content.

Things Learned While Training- Urahara tries to train Ichigo to prepare him to save Rukia from Soul Society. Perversion and hilarity ensue.

In the real world, I work in a shop and have too many cats. Yes, I am a crazy old cat lady in training.

I also find Grimmjow's Hollow hole amazingly sexy.
