Shortly after the engagements at the end of Pride and Prejudice, Mr. Bingley takes a brief trip to London, where he drops certain remarks which lead to rumors about Darcy's engagement.

An alternative reality in which President Seibert sends Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Raj on a scientific expedition to the arctic. There's just one catch. He's sending them with a babysitter.

In this arc, Penny is the victim of a home invasion. She manages to inflict nasty injuries on the bad guys. This is a bit darker than the usual for BBT, but I am so intrigued by the Penny character and wanted to explore how she might respond if something scary happened. She is so strong. You go, girl. After Leonard tries to move in with her, Penny takes a good hard look at her life and doesn't like what she sees. It's time to stop doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different result. Losing Penny from his life makes Sheldon think about what is truly most important to him.

Penny discovers a very personal, private secret of Sheldon's. When he confronts her about her snooping, she finds out that Sheldon has never had a good experience with intimacy. Penny decides to rectify that. I absolutely earned the rating on this one. Also, my muse is a naughty little fellow. For now this is a 1 shot. But he's doing his best to kick a few ideas around in my head.
