Naru/Hina (of course this is my favorite, hell its the favorite of alot of people. I know some people thought this pair is used too much, but really they are the perfect couple.)

Neji/Ten (the guy that usually gives a cold shoulder and the one women who is close to him. How much more could you possibly ask?)

Shika/Temari (I dunno i just think this pair is cute. I dunno how or dunno why it just makes sense to me.)

Hated pairings:

Kiba/Hina (I don't care what you say or how you portray this, its just unrealistic. I mean no matter what this would never ever happen, and if it does i might have to shoot the author. Maybe that is just me though.)

Sakura/anyone ( I hate this . No matter what she does i just get mad watching her. If i could choose anyone to hate for no reason than it would be her.

NO YAOI I CANNOT EMPHASIZE MORE!! I hate gay coupling like Naru/Sasu. It just ruins the work of the original author, and it degrades the realism.
