Approximately has the same height and body build as Robin when first met. Short and spiked blonde hair with blue eyes similar to Superman and Superboy. Wears a white T-shirt under his black hoodie and dark blue jeans. When on duty, he wears a masquerade mask and a white cap before he pulls up his hoodie so no one knows his eye and hair colour. During undercover missions, he zips up his hoodie and wears a black cap to blend in with the darkness. Seems to have a care-free personality where in truth only trusts Superboy, Superman, Batman and the original to tell about his past.He has a tactical mind similar to Robin and always plans strategies with him.

Victim of child trafficking at the age of 9, he was a sex slave of various men thus resulting his fear of engaging in sexual activities. The reason he is vulnerable to sound is because it reminds him of his past. At the age of ten, he discovered his powers and proceeded to run away. But due to his hunger he collapsed in front of the apartment owned by Clark Kent a.k.a Superman and thus he was saved by the man in steel. After he was saved, he recuperated for a year and slowly began trusting Superman. Leo then trained under Superman's wing for 3 years to control his power after he told Superman about his past and power.But even so,he did not debut as GM until he completed his training.

When he completed his training at the age of fourteen, he wanted to join the Justice League along with Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash who did not know about him before Superman introduced him to them along with Batman, Aquaman, The Flash and Green Arrow. But even though Leo could join the Justice League wherein the others could not, he chose to join the Team with the excuse that he could work more comfortably with the kids around his age group.
