I am a great fan of manga and anime, and I also love fanfics. There's something really interesting, really captivating about them... It might be the way some fics analize characters (my favourite ficss, in fact), summing up all of their distinctive traits in well-defined stories. They seem to understand characters' essences just like the anime.
