Quinn comes back home for the summer after graduating Yale and starts a summer affair with her mother's best friend, Shelby. Things get turn upside down when Quinn meets Shelby's daughter and unexpectedly falls in love.

The world has changed. Now the population is declining rapidly and the last of the survivors have to fight their way to a safe haven. When paths cross they'll see a new version of an old face.
