Wrestling Career: Jack wrestled in FCW for 3 years before going to NXT in 2013. There, he met Sasha Banks, who would turn out to be his girl forever. In 2015, Jack was moved to the main roster and debuted, beating Kevin Owens in late July. After he defeated Kevin, they started a feud a month later.

During the feud, Kevin brought up Jack's dead father and mother, who had died in a car crash together. They battled at Elimination Chamber and Jack won during the match, paying tribute to his mother and father. After the match, Kevin and Jack hugged, making peace with each other once and for all.

Jack has never won the The WWE World Heavyweight Championship, The Intercontinental Championship, or The United States Championship. He has only won the NXT Championship 3 times, but lost it due to Finn Balor; his rival in NXT. He was a heel in NXT, but turned face when he saved Finn Balor.

Personal Life: As a child, Jack had an abusive father. His father would beat him everyday and make him do all the chores around the house. His mother reached out to him and always would comfort him when he was beaten. Jack has a scar on his lower back from being beaten at the young age of 10.

As a result, Jack has bipolar disorder and severe depression. He can control his emotions, but most of time, he has flashbacks and breaks down, having a panic attack. Sasha is usually the one who comforts him, but others, including Stephanie McMahon, have comforted him before and tell him it's okay.

His ring name "The Ghost" is based off his abuse that he suffered from his father. He wears black and white face paint to the ring and black and white wrestling tights to show that he was a changed man due to Sasha Banks, The Boss, coming into his life. Jack said that "Sasha changed him." so much.
