![]() Author has written 1 story for Batman. I am a fan of many works, TV shows, books, and other media. I also like to come up with my own crazy stories or ideas. Some of my ideas make me seem like a dummy, or like I'm propelling myself into a wall, ready to crash. Hence the name, Crash Dummy. That and my driving sucks. In my opinion, anything written, no matter how insane or unbelievable it may seem, reflects the author. Whether it's their style of writing, their capabilities, their hopes or dreams, or just simple desire. Most of these things we fear to reveal or express in real life. Therefore, writing is in a way, a gateway into one's mind and soul. That is why I believe one should always keep an open mind and think carefully when they read. For to the author, writing is precious as they hand over a piece of themselves to the reader. The audience does not always have to agree with the author or treasure their works, but they should at least respect them in some way. It may seem like a cruel idea for an author to ask for respect or even demand it, but the author respects the reader enough to interpret their works or even see into their soul. Their hearts. Their minds. Constructive criticism should always be accepted as it gives an author ideas on how to create better stories and scenarios. Negative criticism with no benefit whatsoever is useless. It can be considered rude and may damage the authors ability to write. This may sound a bit complicated, so state it bluntly and briefly, play nice. If anybody wonders what kind of person I am, here is a list: |
