If you're not weird, then you are not yourself, for you are different from others and therefore you are "wierd". If you are normal, then you are conforming to another ones "wierdness" and not being true to yourself. If you are being forced into another person's weirdness, then he/she is a dictatorial tyrant that loves controlling people.

Interests: Art, music, some video games, studying cliques, watching thunderstorms, various mangas (I prefer mangas over anime because I read faster and can digest a story faster than watching a slow monologuing anime), anime (oddly enough, I watch them out of curiousity of how they do the action scenes), Final Fantasy 7 (even though I haven't played the game --my biggest regret during my youth-- I'm glad I watched Advent Children at least), books (either tackling the classics or enjoying fantasy novels and well-written fanfics), drama (the good kind), and good movies (except horror; I realized a long time ago I don't have the mental stability to get scared out of my wits, but for those who love it, kudos for you). I can't think of anything else I like.

Personality type: Kinda odd, I'm a melancholy phlegmatic with the weaknesses of a sanguine.

Scared of: Lots of things, but they change constantly. They're like fads.

Bunnies shall one day rule the world...do not trust them...

A long time ago, I didn’t care much for Final Fantasy stuff, let alone #7. I thought it was a series that kept on going on and on, and it’s one of them dumb games that I wasn’t interested. I was more of a Sonic and Nintendo icons fan. Here’s what changed: I was creating a character design for a friend of mine and this character had silver hair with hair parted in the middle with wolf ears. I showed some people this to get their input and one of my friends said he looked kinda like Sephiroth. Now I just replied in a way that would make all anime fans shun me for life: “who’s Sephiroth?” I asked. Thankfully, he was very understanding and was patient with my ignorance so he just replied, “He’s in Final Fantasy, look it up on google.”

Like I said, I wasn’t interested in Final Fantasy, but curiosity got the better of me so I looked it up like he told me to. I had the spelling wrong the first time, and thankfully google knows how to spell for me. So I looked at the character design for him and my reaction wasn’t very shocking, I just thought he looked interesting (nice long sword though). Still, my search didn’t stop there, I stumbled onto this site called, the Temple of Sephiroth and read his story. I automatically felt sympathetic to the character, and it game me more names to look up. So I did follow up research on Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, and the rest of the cast. The story felt really compelling and I kept getting even more excited about it. The next day, I did more research on Sephiroth and then finally it sunk into me that he was man-pretty and more and more, I liked to call him Sephy-chan. :D Yes, it was a gradual process toward my fascination with Sephiroth and I was ready to get the game except there was one problem. It was on Playstation and I had an N64. First I cursed the company for not putting it on the N64 then I contemplated my own situation. My parents didn’t like Playstation or the games that came with it (they thought they were too mature, not counting Spyro or the rest of the kid-friendly games). They liked Nintendo. At the time, I didn’t know about the PC version, so I gave up on that. It was only recently that I heard there was a PC version I could hunt down and I thought it was going to be cheap and easy to find in a used games store. I seriously underestimated how popular FF7 was and still is. I did not find it in a local used game store so I tried my luck with the net. The price range was $50-$200 and I nearly fainted. I guess my best bet was to get a used game and hope it doesn’t freeze on me. My friend and I decided we were going to pay half and half on the condition that I let him play the game. So the deal was set, we were gonna raise the money and finally play the game. I did my research and the only things people found wrong with the PC game is the MIDI version of the songs and the odd controls. Now what sort of gamer would I be if I’d let the problems of “controls” stop me? I wouldn’t mind the MIDI music, if it gets too annoying, I’ll shut the sound off and play my CD. I’m seriously stubborn about getting to play the game. You can read the fanfics and the fansites, but I guess I can compare it to reading Sparknotes without experiencing the novel. Stupid analogy, I know, but it’s the best one I can come up with. So ya’ll can wish me luck on my hunt. Who knows? Maybe it would improve my Fanfic writing and inspiration.

I’m extremely sorry, Seffie supporters, I must say that I think putting Yuffie and Sephiroth together is in bad taste unless Yuffie is older. However since it is fanfiction, no one would care what I think. Whatever floats your boat, I say. Now Yuffentine is a different story…;D oh and my personal favorite, the Seph/Tifa couple and I am just warming up to the Seph/Aerith couple since I just read a well-written fanfic called “Pale Angel, Go Away” (though the name of the author escapes me). Romance novels turn me off, but if it’s a fanfiction, it’s an exception to my rule, I don’t know why.

Just to let you all know my pet peeve is someone starting a really good fanfic and not finishing it. I know we all have lives, but then again you all know the feeling of a really good fanfic with a compelling storyline setting in, but it hasn’t been updated in a while and you desperately want to know the ending. Sometimes in my mind, I imagine a fanfic based off a fanfic, speculating the ending. Well, all that said and done, now I must start on a fanfic and (hopefully) finish it. The reason I wrote this down so I have a compelling reason to finish a fanfic without turning hypocritical on my own words.

Unfortunately, I have no inspired works waiting to be released for FF7. Perhaps when I play the game (which will be in the near future) but for now, I will write Sonic fanfics. I played some of the games and have a good feel for the characters. You may even see a revamping of the characters (fan art, mind you, I don't own Sonic) in my deviantart account. Diz3 is my name, not much artwork on there, but I hope that will change.
