After the Giant War is over, Hera decides that the Seven heroes need to learn more about each other- specifically, their fatal flaws. So, of course, she unleashes a personification of each of their fatal flaws upon them, because that's exactly how you learn more about your friends. At least, in the demigod world, it is.
