He just can't stand it anymore, and is sorry for the pain that he will be causing, but he just can't do it anymore. It's just too much.

Christopher isn't terribly fond of the name Millie and doesn't understand why the Goddess is so dead set on it. It seems stupid to pick a new name for yourself out of some dumb book. (1-shot, complete. Millie and Christopher have a chat shortly after she moves into Chrestomanci Castle.)
