There's a lot of freedom that comes with losing the people that care about you. When Jim finds himself at the beginning for the third time, but significantly less human and with an extra amulet calling out his former/future girlfriend's name, he goes down a new path, hopefully better than the ones already taken. Rebelling against a tyrannical Empire that killed your mother and enslaves innocent sapients isn't something that can be done peacefully, Jim finds. So he and his friends wreak havoc wherever they can.

Time is a fickle thing. Jim learns that the hard way when he is flung back to the beginning as a half-troll. Thankfully, though, he has a plan. The time-honored plan of coming up with it as he goes. (Replaced by Once More, With Feeling.)

It's 2032 AD. Percy Jackson, the greatest demigod hero the world has ever known, retired to run a new camp, a mix of Roman and Greek. Most importantly, he got his wish of a peaceful retirement. Now seven other poor sods have to take over, in a mixture of humor, angst, grand adventure, and awkward situations. Oh, and there's a god that the Romans unwittingly stole from the Persians.
