He doesn't know how to decorate, at all. You'd be suprised with that confetti Wheatley had been keeping in the beginning. What an incredibly stupid robot. Honestly, he's an idiot. GLaDOS, on the other hand, is always very busy. She always works for long time. She works, like, 24/7! (Duh, she lives there.) I couldn't manage that. Wheatley, of course, works for a minute and then gives up.
