Zane is being ignored and mostly forgotten by both Ninjago and the ninja. After finding a secret room in the temple of light, he creates his own team of Shadow, Metal, Mind,Sound, and Even Wind. Join them on their quest to prove to ninjago that even dark elements can contribute to the balance.

When Zane gets the idea to cut up all his old uniforms and turn them into a quilt the other ninja become intrigued and want him to add their old suits to the quilt. Zane teaches them the art of sewing and soon the quilt becomes symbolic of their team in many ways. And in trying times a bond of brotherhood is shown by more than needle and thread.

Error!Sans has taken Underswap Sans, and so Papyrus has brought Undertale Sans to his universe to help him save his brother. Now the two of them have to gather the other Sans' from the other Universes to save Swap!Sans and stop Error. Will they stop Error before he destroys any more timelines? Kai and his friends discover they are apart of a fabled group known as the Ninjas of Legend, who foretold, in a sacred prophecy, must be found in order to protect the world of Ninjago from evil. At the same time, Garmadon returns and manages to steal the Fifth Golden Weapon: The Staff of Dragons. But not just the four ninja seek the prophecy, a new ninja is on the lookout as well.

The ninjas learn that Zane has survived his epic battle against the Overlord and want to put him back in his body. However, that may be difficult when Cryptor also returns seeking revenge. Also, find out who Nya will choose, Jay or Cole?
