Hi!

I'm Japanese Canadian, 3rd generation on one side; anime & manga were a huge part of my childhood.
I forgot about those wonderful imaginary worlds until very recently.

My greatest loves since my teenage years are Evangelion (Misato!) and One Piece (Zoro!).
I would follow their voice actors to the end of this earth. I have been known to say that about Jimi Hendrix as well.

I think Futurama and Community with Dan Harmon are the best things on TV... Aside from Freaks & Geeks reruns.

Piano is my greatest source of dopamine release.
I run because I love to eat; also it's when I think best. Trail runs keep me excited; roads teach me patience.

I love the great outdoors-- the ocean stink swells my heart with happiness. Without mountains, I feel lost.
I am a Pacific Northwesterner, through and through.
I own too much plaid for my own good.
And I live off (good) coffee.
...I am probably a hipster.

If my life was an anime movie, it would be Totoro.

(I wish there was a well-written fanfic where Zoro & Nami are purely friends with benefits, like Jeff and Britta.)
