Lincoln, the only boy in the Loud family, is diagnosed with a terminal disease. The doctors give him just a few weeks left at best. How will an eleven years old boy react when he finds out he'll die soon? And his sisters? Will they be able to hold on after the emotional core of the family is taken from them, or will they fall apart? Rated T for the feels... too sad for kids.

An avarage school day, but Lincoln managed to destroy Lynn's baseball bat. This made Lynn angry. So they had a fight and Lincoln got pushed onto the road and got hit by a car. Now Lynn cries for Lincoln to survive.

This was written in response to Requiem for a Loud by UnderratedHero (great storyteller, btw). It has been four years since Lincoln's death, and Lily discovers a picture of her late brother, but is unable to recognize who he is.
