Hi, my name's Katy, I'm 16 and love to read. My favourite genres include fantasy and adventure.

I tend to enjoy fantasy more than other genres due to the imagination and the freedom people have to create an alternative universe or species in which normal circumstances and conditions are not relevant and do not apply. It gives the sense of creating the impossible possible. I also enjoy stepping into a different world where things that are in this reality don't exist but are deemed a normal part of life in people's stories.

I also enjoy adventure stories as what is a story without an adventure? I feel that without an adventure in a story is would just be a boring piece of text you read in a textbook at school. Even some poetry includes an adventure: the adventure of the character's life, the adventure of an area, the adventure of an event. Basically, without adventure what is the point?

I have a weird fascination to English Language and so would be honoured to be a betareader for your fic (so long as most words are spelt correctly, otherwise I'd go physically crazy retyping almost every word).
