At the last second, Baelfire is pulled out of the portal, never going to the land without magic. And so, Princess Emma grows up with her parents. At the age of 18, after a fight with her parents, she runs to the dock, determined to have an adventure. Killian Jones fulfills her request, finding her adventurous spirit strikingly similar to the woman he's trying to avenge.

Hook is like some kind of drug, whenever she's around him everything else just sort of fades out, and that kind of amnesia is exactly what Emma needs if she's going to stay sane at the moment. That, and copious amounts of wine.

Confronted with the painful truth about his existence, Harry opts to sacrifice his life to save everyone else. However, the way he goes about it surprises even himself. And perhaps, it's not just his allies that end up being saved. Because sometimes, letting go isn't so bad. Contains character death.
