My favorite show is Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which also happens to be a major source of inspiration for just about everything. Penny Dreadful, Angel, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Firefly, Friends, Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, Vampire Diaries, Sailor Moon, Mai Hime, and Mai Otome are a few of the shows I obsess about. Music is another source of inspiration. Quite frequently, I title chapters after songs. I cannot write without music playing in the background. |

Instinct reviews
This story has a lot of elements from my all-time favorite TV show-Buffy the Vampire Slayer; however, I set it in the Mai-Hime world, centering on Natsuki. It's very action-packed: demons, vampires, trolls, ghosts, etc. and I tried to set up a fight scene in every chapter. It's also very supernatural so be warned, along with the "F-bomb" which I dropped towards the end. Thanks.
