Intro to Ambient-Roze's mission:

Hi~

This is kind of an official FFNET account for my Ambient-Roze website! This will mostly feature the fanfics I believe should be handed an award for being so brilliantly written or the ideas are outrageously unique that makes me want to burst with joy! You can PM with suggests for stories you think deserve such an award!

Behind Ambient-Roze:

I won't give out my name nor my age nor my gender because I think that doesn't matter. I for one AM a hardcore yaoi fan but I do read stories that are not yaoi and also stories that have nothing to do with romance!

Ambient-Roze's Message:

I know not everyone is perfect. I know that everyone makes mistakes. That is a given - no one is perfect. When it comes to writing, an author can make millions of mistakes without even realizing it! We have to understand; however, that whether you are a professional writer or a grade school student who has a passion for writing: You will make mistakes. I have read reviews of stories that were so horrible, so atrocious that it actually discouraged me from sharing my own stories here on the internet. I was never one for being known for having an abundance of courage to start with. One day; though, I know I will rack up the courage to add my story to the glorious basin of fanfiction we call an internet database!

I would like to offer my services to those who believe they need a BETA writer or one who would like a co-writer. I cannot be an official BETA writer for the site because, sadly, I do not meet even the minimum requirement for such a feat. If you still need one. I would like to offer my services. I am no English teacher or English major but I have enough confidence in myself to know what is what and what should be what. I just hope you share that same confidence in me as I do myself (however small it may be).

As I have said before, I am no English major and I know not every writer on this site is one either. I know what the minimum it takes to create a story, to have an interesting hook and plot, to have well developed characters, to have the story flow from one chapter to the next!

I can only hope that every author see that is brave enough to submit their work of art (because that is what I see each and every fanfiction or original story as) are satisfied with the result.

If the eyes is the window of the soul, let the paper and pen be the camera to capture what is seen.

Ambient-Roze's Reviews:

I review every story I read. I will even review each chapter I read, depending on the situation or if I seen the need to point someone out or to express my opinion. I do not believe in harsh critizism but at the same time I don't like sugar coating things. Never will there EVER be a review signed with my name that says some harsh and unforgivable such as "You should never write again." or "Give up" or "This is trash" These comments to me are considered harsh and uncalled for. I say to those who say it that they are jealous of something the author has. No one deserves to be talked down! No one deserves such comments so if someone did an annoymous review as me and it says something negative, I want you to disregard it and delete it! You can even contact me and I will personally see to it that your story/chapter is given a proper review.

I see a review as encouragement to authors to write more! Positive feedback is always good no matter what the subject. Whether be a job, a chosen profession, taking care of someone or anything! Everyone knows that they all love getting positive feedback. I aim to please those who write. Everyone deserves some sort of feedback!

Ambient-Roze's Weekly Story Challenges:

I know it is hard for writers to come up with ideas and such so I will help them out! Every Sunday, I will come up with at least 8 different story ideas! The down side to this; however, (depending on your thinking) is that the ideas are vague. This is why they are called challenges! They are usually about a sentence or to long. And follow the Theme, Characters, Start, End. Format! Sometimes they don't make sense but you can understand where the challenge part comes from right? Hehe! If you use one please tell me because I want to see what people get out it!

#6: The theme of this story: dramatic romance. The main characters: studious linguist and laid-back weapons master. The major event of the story: journey.

#7: The theme of this story: horror. The main characters: psychotic murderer and short-tempered monk. The major event of the story: funeral.
