The sequel to my popular story, The Prince's Boyfriend: Merlin is finally married to Prince Arthur and finally exposed to the public life he has been preparing for ever since he met his prince. As frustration with his situation and marriage mounts, an old flame shows up. Caught between his royal marriage and his old life, which will Merlin chose?

Title pretty much speaks for itself. My attempt at writing Mirror, Mirror but with the characters of Merlin. Snow White replaced with no other than Merlin, the Prince with Arthur, and the evil Queen with King Alined. There will also be appearances from the knights, Gwen, Gaius, and probably a few others. In other words, slightly adapted version of snow white with Merthur.

When Merlin falls ill, worked too hard from all the running around he is doing, Arthur decides that it is time for something's to change, and something's to come to the light once and for all. When Merlin wakes it is to a very different Camelot, and very different future from the one he foresaw for himself and had settled on.

Arthur nearly loses Merlin on one dark night in a hospital.

Merlin and Arthur are best friends and when Arthurs girlfriend finds out Merlin's feelings for the blond she hatches a plan to separate the two friends forever. The plan does work, but in whose favour?

As Arthur grows from a Prince into a King, he realizes that Merlin doesn't have the right title. He isn't a servant, far from it. Nor does he really think the title of Count Sorcerer and Head Adviser fit either...he needs something...More. Merthur.
