so she'll have all of roads power (i.e,intagibility,summon candles,creates pocket dimension, illusions,etc)

she'll be the only noah so none of the other characters in naruto will become one

she will be able to create akuma but the akuma are a lot weaker and can be defeated by ninjutsu and taijutsu.

genjutsu will not affect them and they can be detected by the byakugan
