"Just a bad dream, he tells himself. Because bad dreams mean you're stressed out or ate too-spicy foods too soon before bed. Gamora is fine, she really is. But years under Thanos are not so easily forgotten, and those years have a tendency of coming back to her at the worst of times.

The thing about Peter is that he's remarkably capable of provoking emotion from people. So when someone decides to take advantage of that fact, the Guardians react. Poorly.

Because there likely won't be any sort of reactive episode dealing with Kyle's healing, I kind of needed to get some closure on the entire situation, and so I wrote this fic. It was hard to write a piece that both used Cartman as a source of healing and still kept him in character. I think I've managed this in some form or another. XD
