 Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Naruto. Though I have only been a member since 2001, I have been visiting this website since '98. I only joined when I learned of the Author Alert, and before that it was very hard keeping track of all stories, especially before they introduced the revolutionary feature which allowed stories to have chapters... indeed a long long time ago you had to post each chapter as a separate story and readers had to scramble to find it. I can remember the Harry Potter section when it had only some 300 fics, when GOF was yest to be published, before there was the Draco in Leather Pants phenomenon and the huge upheaval which came with the Cassandra Claire scandal. Those old days when the LOTR section only had 48 published stories... way before the news about movies came out, and I miss some of the old authors who used to post and left us hanging...
