My name is Kaitlyn, and I have no idea what to write here. More accurately, I do not know where to even begin.

I am one of the biggest New York Mets fans you will ever meet. (Rather, read stories from. Or something to that effect.) I love all of the players, though my absolute favorite is Jose Reyes. I hate the Phillies, I hate the Yankees, I hate the Marlins, and I hate the Braves. I breathe with the Mets, I win and lose with them, and I live and die with them. They are my New York Metropolitans, and I am a fan for life. You want to talk baseball? PM me, I am always down for that.

Clearly, I also love Twilight. (Though as of recent, my liking of Robert Pattinson has definitely surpassed my liking of Twilight.) I just love reading in general.

Music is my life. I am in a choir, and I adore singing. I play the violin as well, and I love it. Some of my favorite bands/groups/artists- Muse, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Frank Zappa, John Lee Hooker, The Cat Empire, Medeski Martin and Wood, Ratatat, The Mars Volta, The Raconteurs, Guster, The Black Keys, Bang Camaro, Placebo, Oasis, The White Stripes, The Stevedores...

The reality shows on Bravo are my guilty pleasure. I secretly watch the various fashion shows, and I love Top Chef and Flipping Out. I watch NYC Prep under the pretense that I like to make fun of those shallow twits, and Kathy Griffin is funny as all hell. I just got into True Blood as well, and I pretty much love it. I also like Lost, The Office, Scrubs, Saturday Night Live, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, and others that I can't think of right now.

I do love to write, but usually its my own original material. I'm a bit unfamiliar with fanfiction, as I am used to writing about my own ideas.
