I have been and always will be a supporter of Snape. Even before I discovered the world of fanfiction I was captivated with the man that J.K Rowling's character had the potential to become. Of course, that never really happened, and as such, I no longer think of Snape as having all that much to do with Harry Potter. Seeing as anything where Severus lives is alternate universe territory, I fully support the different interpretations of how he became so dour, and his possible salvation. Although the idea of love being the be all and end all, it isn't. This is of course coming from someone who found the love of their life at 15, but anyway. I think the idea that Snape's life was completely destroyed because of one girl pretty hard to believe. This complex character can't be summed up in a pretty little package like Rowling tried to do. So, to cut a long story, slightly shorter, I love Severus/Hermione pairings. I don't find anything sick about this coupling, as I don't believe Snape is the kind of person who could, or would engage in an inappropriate relationship. While there may be desires, I would never condone underage sex, but attraction is not forbidden, and romance can grow. To all those Snape supporters, you are all amazingly intelligent :P. and to all those who haven't yet found this amazing calling - keep up :P Love you all
