My inspiration process:

First: go to the store and think crazy stuff.

Second: Write a chapter IMMEDIATELY.

Third: Grab a broomstick and swing it as you wander around your yard thinking (works for me!).

Fourth: after 5 chapters go to a city for a day and think more crazy stuff.

Fifth: plan out the end and start writing! (works for me!).

When my mind wanders my hands and limbs do as well.
