One of those times when Sam gets shot. This takes place during the episode "The British Invasion", in my version where Ketch is also there when they confronted Dagon near the pier. Ketch disobeys Mick's orders to let the hunters go and not kill Eileen instead he fires the gun pointing at Eileen.
