Hey everyone,

My name is Jessi, short for Jessica, and I'm a Junior in College. I have one huge, furry ball of fluff that I like to call my cat, named Mississipi after my favorite state, Missy for short. I have loved all things Harry Potter since the first book came out and after the fourth book, I began to dedicate most--far too much--of my freetime to writing alternate endings or enhancing upon the lives of characters and such.

I love strange pairings:

Hermione/Lucius and Harry/Snape in particular. Lucius and Severus are by far my favorite characters. They can both be depicted on both the side of good and evil--particularly Lucius if written well. I despise any Harry/Ginny stories, actually, any story with Ginny in it is a total turn-off. I was extremely disapointed when Harry married her in the end anyway.

At the moment, my favorite stories are:

-Eden - a Hermione/Lucius fic. Although Eden isn't based on a completely new plot, obsessmuch writes it in a refreshingly new style that immediately grabs one's attention. Unlike most prisoner/captor love stories, this is somehow far more believable than the rest.

-Cambiare Podentes: Invocare - Severus/Harry. This is a long one. It's got an entirely new plot based even though it's based on the somewhat overused slave/master love. I must admit that I was literally glued to my computer for the best of four days reading this masterpiece. Harry and Severus were portrayed far too well for my mental health in this story.

-Alecto - I've also been reading a fic about the Carrows. It's located on harrypotterfanfiction.com and although MajiKat is only 2 chapters in, she's caught my interest. It looks like a good read.

Right now, I have been recently experiencing the birth of many plot bunnies but I don't like to post until I've written at least five or six chapter so that I can be reasonably sure that I won't become disinterested with the story before I can finish it. So, therefor, I have only one story posted as of the moment.

It's called Sweet Silence and the main character is of my own making, though Severus is the other main character. I'd tell you more but I'd rather you just check out the summary. Enjoy!
