After a high school participant is seriously injured, the Panzerkraft Federation get put under pressure to disband the sport. The Federation finds an unlikely source of help in Erika Itsumi, who is determined that nothing should be changed. She sets out to prove that Panzerkraft is a safe sport. Unfortunately for her, the other schools present some unexpected problems!
