That quote describes my love affair with writing and especially fanfiction. Imagination is an encompassing wonder that eclipses us and makes us long for more than this flawed world. Imagination has served to fuel the creative writing that has become a hallmark to my life. My faith, family, writing in that order are three of the very most important things to me. I would be lost without just one in my life. As for my creative drive? I do not think I exaggerate when I say that my entire family is creatively blessed in one way or another. From writing, to drawing, to music, to just about anything. My writing ability is one I hope to expand through both fanfic and original works.

This account is a way for me to start over after I sort of lost(?) inspiration over at my other account (HeroicDean). New start, fresh beginnings, that kind of thing. One thing I did learn from that other account was to not give up so easily. Even though I deleted stories and just totally lost my mojo, I feel that a new, exciting start in a "new" home is the kind of thing that might serve to ignite my fiery passion. The stories that I feel most comfortable writing? It will honestly vary from time to time, but mostly drabbles and drama related ones since most humor writing is lost on me.

Oh! YES! My 'Missing' verse that is part of the Supernatural fandom. That has been my baby for the last three years now and I cannot stop myself from writing it. If you do not know the plot of the story it goes like this:

Sam and Dean Winchester are orphaned when their father goes missing on an ill-fated hunt. After the death of their last remaining parent, Sam and Dean find home in the loving presences of their new guardians: Caleb, Jim, and Bobby make the conscious choice to raise the boys after discovering John's body. Through trial, error, and just plain heartache, comes the greatest treasure and victory in a family that loves each other through the threats that linger around the corner.

So yes. This series has been an on-going creative endeavor because I simply adore the relationships forged in the series. Of course, nothing will be revealed for those who are not familiar with the verse, but I hope people will give it a try!
